The management at Adam’s Senior Village is extremely intrusive into the lives of the seniors living here. I know as I’ve lived here over 5 and a half years. She is temperamental as hell, explosive in nature, and horribly uncaring about disabled residents! She is well versed in using the Lease Agreement as a tool of discipline and accountability of resident’s freedom to live a happy life here. Fair warning; if the disintegrating sidewalks, old old washers and dryers in the remote laundry rooms, and old appliances is your idea of “home”, then prepare yourself for dealing w an on-site manager is is mean spirited. I know as I am disabled and 71 years old.

I've toured Adams Senior Village. It was very pretty, but it didn't suit me because I had to come out of my room to wash my clothes, and that was a big no for me. Otherwise, the facility was very nice. It was very well kept up on the outside. The staff member who assisted me was OK. She was accommodating, very cordial, and very nice. They had an entertainment room in the front of the building. There was no common dining area. It was all individual kitchens where you cook your own food.
