Riverview Towers Co-op is a beautiful gem sitting comfortably amid a lush landscape. This 12-story, 171-unit senior community offers the enjoyment and freedom that comes with an affordable apartment. There are accessible units available for those who are under 62 and qualify. Riverview Towers Co-op is nationally recognized as "A Community of Quality" by the National Affordable Housing Management Association. The property was completed in 1977. It was fully renovated in 2019! All community spaces have been designed to be open, bright, and comfortable for all to use. Units have new windows, kitchen cabinets, and heating units that allow for AC or heat at any time.
Riverview Co-op Apartments has come to be a healthier and safer environment to live in by becoming 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed within the individual apartments, the common areas and within 65 feet of the building.
Resident members not only enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments, but also enjoy participating in the frequent community activities. Come join in on bingo, gardening, card playing, or crocheting. You can also dine on some delicious lunches, dinners and BBQ's hosted by resident members of Riverview Towers. I toured Riverview Towers Co-op. It was very informative. I was worried about the space. The kitchen is small. The other stuff is fine. They have a community room on each floor. They show me where you get mail and all that kind of stuff. The staff was very informative and answered my questions. The facility was great. They have benches and places to sit outside, as well as tables and stuff. I like that a lot. It's a great location because I can go to church right next to it, and Meijer, Kroger, and Walgreens are all right there, and we can walk home.

Riverview Towers Co-op Apartments was bright. When you walk in, you could say to yourself that it was a nice place. The apartment that I saw was clean and the people that we met were nice. They had a community center, where they had potluck dinners and play bingo or card clubs, and a lot of different things that were going on.
