I liked that Trenton Towers Co-op was near the river, so it gives you a beautiful view, like in the river room or even outside, where the gazebo is. The community room was spacious. The apartments themselves were a little bit too small. The staff was very cordial. They have a chef who comes every day. They post a menu, and you can either purchase a meal and eat it in the community room or take it up to your apartment. It's a nice, spacious dining area. It's in the community room downstairs, where they host things like ice cream socials and have meetings. They have a treadmill and vending machines, and stuff like that. Upkeep and maintenance seemed to be OK. They offer a small bus service to shopping centers and grocery stores a couple of times a week. It was well taken care of. It was landscaped nicely out in the front. The lobbies are decorated nicely each season.

Old and poor shape no maintenance part-time lot of floods lot of theft a lot of bullying and harassment by the other residents and management watch when you move in there I think the studios 7:10 and a one bedrooms like 870 a month if you're planning to get on subsidized housing going to wait 3 years see you soon management all they do is lie to you you don't do nothing about anything you're on your own once you move in there lived there for 5 years was never so glad to get out of there outside is beautiful in the area is nice but you go inside that building it's like being in prison and I get a lot of thefts a lot of vandalism a lot of trouble stay away from that place

I toured Trenton Towers Co-op. It seemed to be very clean. They had a nice lunchroom sort of type room with vending machines. You could wash your clothes down there on the first floor. It seemed to be very clean outside. The staff seemed very nice and very informative. They also had their own parking.

I toured Trenton Towers Co-op Apartments and saw the apartment, the library, and the community room. It was not as bright and it hasn't been remodeled in quite a while, but I believe that they're getting ready to remodel. The hallways were kind of dark, but other than that, everybody seemed very nice and happy. They had certain things that go on every month. They had different types of clubs like a gardening club and a card club. They also had a bus that would take you shopping. The staff was all very, very nice and very friendly.
