The main area of Genesis Senior Living IV looked fine, but it was not as bright as the others and it's dingier. The bedroom was not nice at all. It was large, but it was a shared room. My biggest issue was the bedrooms were carpeted, so it did not smell very good. The staff during the tour was good and answered my questions. I suggest that they put in hardwood floors throughout to help with the smell issue.
