Candet is a small house with only 6 patients, and I like that it’s a smaller community. My dad is very pleased, and they have a 24hr care.

I like Candet because it is a house, and it is small. It seems to be sanitary. The only thing I didn't like is that the lights are kind of dim. There is not enough lighting. The staff is very attentive. Care-wise, I really like Candet. My father seems to like this place too. There is homemade food almost everyday, and it smells like food every time you walk in there. There are not a lot of activities though. They have a bowling course and bingo; that's all that I have seen so far.

Candet is like a house. The staff seems very nice and they only charge $2,500 a month for my mom's care. It is also in a nice area. However, she is not happy there so I am looking for another one. She is staying in a room, which she shares it with another person. She's always complaining because she doesn't like the food. She needs twenty- four hour care and she should not be alone for a long period of time because she has one of her feet amputated. They don't have transportation so if I had to take her to a doctor's appointment, I have to pay for it and it costs a lot of money. I also have to pay for all her necessities.
