Love and Serenity - CLOSED

My mother moved into Love and Serenity two weeks ago. We're really happy, very happy. I think it's been wonderful, beyond what I expected. I know that each place is different. But this particular one, I have been happy with this. What I like most is the caregiver, and the house is nice. The staff is caring and attentive.

Staff is easy to work and communicate with. The rooms and homes are nicely maintained. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My neighbor had realized the time to transition into assisted living had arrived necessitating a change. She selected a Love and Serenity home. They were able to help her at several levels in making this difficult task as stress free and easy as possible. They provided loving support as she settled in with others as well as allowing her freedoms in the choices that she was still able to undertake. They provided a safe, nurturing, healthy clean environment, ensuring that the end of her life was not met feeling destitute and alone. They became like the family that she had outlived of her own. While visiting I noticed the rooms and common areas were decorated and spacious. It did not feel clinical but warm and inviting. I observed staff caring for each client as a family of their own. Dignity and respect are served along with well balanced nutritional meals and snacks while insuring medication and treatments are monitored daily under the direction of the client's medical professionals. I was there for a few different activities and special occasions, as we all joined together, often extended families were present to celebrate parties and barbecues. They would engage the interested residents in daily activities as puzzles, arts and crafting, music and sing-alongs. I definitely would not hesitate to recommend or refer a friend or family. I definitely would have complete confidence in knowing my loved one would have the utmost care with no regret or guilt. May we all be cared for while being rehabilitated/ convalescing or in our twilight years. Thank you to all who made this happen.

The staff are so loving and caring, they become like family, I ve seen most staff go out of the way to make sure to spend the time to make every resident feel, safe and loved ,like a best friend or family member, celebrating birthdays and so many other fun activities, or just listening to their life stories.

My mother was cared for in this facility until her passing, I have nothing but appreciation for this company, the staff always went above and beyond to care for my mother and assure she was comfortable. Communication was excellent and response rate was quick and efficient. Facility was always kept nice and clean. Thank you again for your excellent services.
