There are several things I like about Oaks Private Home Care. I like the fact it's three miles from our house. They're very kind, very clean, and very professional. It's an excellent location for my uncle. It's a house in a residential area. It is assisted living in the sense that my uncle is in hospice care through the help of another agency. My uncle has his own room. He's happy. He has never said anything bad. We're happy with their constant care. The staff members are excellent. Three meals a day are included, or whatever he wants. If he wants something in between, they'll get it for him. He came in there and he's a Pepsi drinker, and they didn't have Pepsi, so they now buy Pepsi just for him when he wants a Pepsi. There's a front door, but each room has a side door exit, which I feel is great for safety reasons. My uncle has a little side patio and he can sit on a side patio. It's gated in two ways. It's gated from a big driveway gate, and it's gated with an entrance gate by the front door, so it's very secure. They have common areas. I know some of them will do puzzles or something. My uncle is bedridden as of now, so he is not able to do activities. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend them.
