"I had an appointment in Angels Assisted Living Inc. and there was nobody there to talk to me. They weren't aware I was coming. Somebody opened the door. Didn't know who I was and just led me from room to room. I don't have much comment about the room."

"It's always a difficult time when trying to find the best and safest place for a family member having a change in their life. The Staff at Brookdale Roseville have been so wonderful to my dad. He has adjusted well and now feels like it is home. There are plenty of activities that he participates in. Where he was before he seldom participated and was becoming less involved. Now he is back to enjoying himself. I can't say enough about how wonderful the people taking care of him have been. They have sent pictures and called with updates. Every time I am there they are very warm and always keep me updated on how he is doing. "

"All Seasons is everything one could want for their loved one. The facility feels like home and the staff are like friends of the family. There are no words to express the gratitude I have for the care provided to my father. I trusted them to do their best, and they did and kept me informed throughout it all."

"My tour experience at Almond Heights Senior Living was nice. The place was nice and clean, but I would say they were average. The staff was great. We had a meal there and it was fine. It was like Applebee's. It was normal, but the dining area was nice. This facility would work fine for my parents, but it was too far away from us, and that's not the facility's problem."

"I toured Carlton Senior Living in Orangevale. I liked the rooms, and they have pre-memory care. What stood out to me was that if there's an emergency and you need to move in right away, they can pull together furniture if needed. So, they were very helpful. The tour was nice. I felt like it was very quaint to me. It seemed less busy, which was nice, but maybe people were sleeping depending on the time of day, which was nice too. I appreciate the willingness to help if things need to happen fast. The staff was wonderful and answered all the questions that I had as far as visitation, things like that. Everyone's really good. The kitchen area was nice. I thought it was very clean. Maybe everyone was doing laundry, and nothing was out of place."

"My brother and his wife are currently at Meadow Oaks memory care unit. We are a family living out of town and often get feedback from local family friend of how impressed she is on their level of care. The staff has been very tentative to their needs, and they provide feedback to us frequently. The med-Tech team are so kind and helpful. I would also like to mention one male aid in particular, Rubin. Rubin has been such a caring, loving individual and deserves a promotion. Everyone at the facility has been great but I can't say enough about Rubin, other than "he's a keeper". Hoping this message reaches the folks in charge so they can acknowledge Rubin in particular. I would recommend Meadow Oaks to anyone that has loved ones in need of memory care."

"When my mom and I toured, there were two private rooms available. They would share the spacious bathroom just a few feet away. The house is comfy and clean. Veronica, one of the owners showed us around. Currently, the tenants are two women and two men, and they were very friendly. As we were leaving my mom said to me, now that's more like it. I think she liked it, but we're still looking."

"I recently moved my mom into assisted living at Oakmont and am so grateful to the loving staff and administration who has helped us through this difficult time. My mom is struggling at home very independent but needing a little help now most likely more down the road. "I'm so grateful we found Friendly Care Home 2. Camelia and the staff are outstanding. Mom, who had dementia, and Dad, who had diabetes, were challenged in 2022 to find a home where they could be together and receive the care they each required. Each had a spacious private room to sleep in; however, during the day, they sat together in my dad's room with side-by-side recliners. The experienced staff met their needs with kindness and respect until their passing, making my parents feel comfortable and well-cared for. The same attention is given at mealtime. Each is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, nutritious ingredients to meet resident's needs. Fresh-baked bread was Dad's favorite! For anyone looking for quality care, excellent communication, and a safe, nurturing environment for their loved ones, I highly recommend Friendly Care Home 2."

"My friend moved to WellQuest of Granite Bay. We chose it because of the amenities and the newness of the place. It's only 2 or 3 years old. Her apartment is spacious for a studio. My friend shared with us that she likes the food. The facility is very clean. The staff is very efficient from the moving coordinator to the marketing director. Their base rate was good. We were pleased with it."

"Summerfield of Roseville was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly, personable, and professional. They offered us some cake. The room seemed somewhat small, and the beds weren't large. You can bring your own furniture if you desire. The bathroom has no shower. The shower is in another location where the staff takes the residents. I guess that's because they don't want them to get a slip or fall."

"We toured Vista Roseville Senior Living. It was very nice. The staff was helpful. The one thing we didn't care about was the music they played all the time. We felt that wasn't something my sister-in-law would care for. It wasn't very relaxing. It was upbeat. Maybe they don't have that all the time, but that music going was a little intrusive. The apartments were very nice and well taken care of. The accommodations there for the food and everything looked very nice."

"I visited my friend at Sunrise of Fair Oaks and I had lunch in the dining hall with her. I liked that it smelled nice. The decorations and the furnishings were nice. Most of all, she really liked it. The staff was very friendly. We got to meet a lot of people, and they stopped to take time to talk to us. I liked that there was a choice for the food. The facility appeared very clean. It was very beautiful. It had a nice setting and nice landscaping with the trees, which I liked. There were lots of activities to choose from. They had exercises, bingo, movies, and puzzles. They had a library. They also had excursions where they could go do things away from the facility. I would recommend it because my friend likes it there, and to me, the biggest referral is when a resident says they like it."

"Mom already moved to PLC 7125 Main. She is in the memory care. It's small, kind of like a house, and there are only three other residents there. It's not like a big corporation that owns it. It's a couple and the husband's sister. So, they're more flexible and more personable. They get three meals a day and since my mom is extra hungry, she gets snacks. I have tried the meals and it was excellent. It is all home cooked. Some of it is frozen, but that's just kind of like how you would have it at your home (the things that you purchase that are frozen). They are not like a big corporation where they have a giant kitchen staff and they're ordering from kitchen supply places and the food is frozen and bad, they cook everything from scratch. They are more personal. They have a back deck that they go out on sometimes to have popsicles or to watch the ducks. They said they have a trail that goes back to the property and there's a vineyard and stuff, but they haven't been able to do anything like that since it's been so hot."
