Our residents celebrate special occasions: birthdays, holidays, and special events together, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.

We have two caregivers during the daytime and one caregiver at nighttime.

The staff will notify the physician and family of the resident.

The assessment is done monthly or as soon as there is a change in the resident's condition.

We regularly contact residents' families or the responsible persons to update the condition of our residents.

Based on each resident's preference, Candlelight Home Care will assist and support any Hospital as required for each resident.
