When my mom and I toured, there were two private rooms available. They would share the spacious bathroom just a few feet away. The house is comfy and clean. Veronica, one of the owners showed us around. Currently, the tenants are two women and two men, and they were very friendly. As we were leaving my mom said to me, now that's more like it. I think she liked it, but we're still looking.
