"We toured Vista Roseville Senior Living. It was very nice. The staff was helpful. The one thing we didn't care about was the music they played all the time. We felt that wasn't something my sister-in-law would care for. It wasn't very relaxing. It was upbeat. Maybe they don't have that all the time, but that music going was a little intrusive. The apartments were very nice and well taken care of. The accommodations there for the food and everything looked very nice."

"My Mother has been living here since July 2021. We've always been quite happy with her new home. Recently she was knocking at death's door. The staff went the X-tra mile and wouldn't give up. They came up with new ways to entice her to eat, brought her out of her room to be with people and when she couldn't lift her fork, fed her. We are sure that they are very much a part of what gave her the oomph to keep going. We can't thank them enough! I recommend you coming in and seeing the smiling faces. You'll be greeted by BB at the front desk who, will make you feel welcome. It's a wonderful place!"

"My mom has been with Roseberry for almost 5 years now. She has been so well taken care of that I can't believe I've been fortunate enough to find them. Jay and Jessica are the best caretakers I can ask for. They have made my life so much easier. I know my mom is safe and taken care of with them."

"I toured Diamond Oaks Residential Care and it was a very clean, and neat facility. The people were very polite and knowledgeable. Sounded like their food was going to be excellent, and it could be a peaceful place for someone too. It is a four-bedroom house. They had a backyard."

"I went to tour Atria Rocklin. It's very similar to what I experienced at the other facility except it's a smaller facility. The one thing I liked about them is that it is a single story, so there isn't a need for elevators or stairs or anything. They offer all the same kinds of amenities as far as dining and availability of people to come in and work with them like physical therapy. The staff was helpful. It smelled good. It was clean, warm, and there was a homey feel to it, but also a little more upscale than just walking into a simple nursing home. It was nice. It's a place that if you were living there, I think you would feel like you were living in a nice, elegant place. It was pretty. They have a salon, they do provide religious services, they have a recreation room, and they have nice grounds. Their grounds were nice, and I just loved the people there. As the staff was walking me through, she was greeting all of the guests, and they all knew her. Everybody is known by name; she knows all the rest of the staff by name, and that says a lot. There's a familiarity. I asked her how long she'd been there, and she says, 'I've been here 12 years and I love it here.' It was nice."

"When my mom and I toured, there were two private rooms available. They would share the spacious bathroom just a few feet away. The house is comfy and clean. Veronica, one of the owners showed us around. Currently, the tenants are two women and two men, and they were very friendly. As we were leaving my mom said to me, now that's more like it. I think she liked it, but we're still looking."

"I looked at this facility with my 92 year old mother-in-law and we were planning to move her in this past October. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly prior to making the move. The management team was very caring and put a lot of thought into creating a home environment for the residents that was safe, clean with a focus on making their time there comfortable and fun with daily activities. I’d recommend anyone in the area considering a care home environment to give them a call and see first hand the facility and hear their plans for the residents Well done Garcia!"

"I had an appointment in Angels Assisted Living Inc. and there was nobody there to talk to me. They weren't aware I was coming. Somebody opened the door. Didn't know who I was and just led me from room to room. I don't have much comment about the room."

"We really liked Meadow Oaks of Roseville, and the tour we had was really good. It was clean and smelled good. The people seemed very happy. The staff were very nice. I just got a good feeling there. The person who gave the tour was very knowledgeable, caring, personable, and kind."

"I was very impressed with The Terraces of Roseville. The staff gave me information on how to finance my dad's housing when he gets to assisted living. It was nice. It was probably the place I would have chosen for my dad. That's just because they also include assisted living and the price was more affordable than the other place. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but those that I did interact with were very nice. The rooms were nice. However, the studio apartments felt more like hotel rooms than actual apartments. I didn't like the idea that instead of having a regular-sized refrigerator, they had just a mini fridge and it was on the floor. With an elderly person trying to bend down and use that refrigerator, it would be pretty difficult. I liked the other rooms. It was just their studio apartment was a little bit too small and not as user-friendly as an apartment. The atmosphere seemed very friendly. It was nice that they have a dog park area in the middle of their community. The nice thing, too, was that all of their garden areas were enclosed. You had to be a resident there or know a resident to get into the common areas. It was nice that the dogs don't have to be on a leash in this dog park area that they have. The lady who was talking to me called me a couple of times afterward. She was very informative. Whenever I had questions, she would answer them. I told her that we were going to go see another place. She called me afterward to ask how it had gone. I thought that was very nice. She reached out. That impressed me. If my dad had not chosen the other place, I probably would have chosen The Terraces for him just because of her. Some residents took the time to talk to me about the place and how wonderful it was. It was perfectly clean and everything, but it just felt like there were areas that probably needed a facelift or a little remodel, just to make it look fresh again. It seemed like a very nice community. I was impressed that it was in a nice area. It wasn't right on the street, so it was quiet when you went in there. It was the very first place I went to go see, so I was kind of in awe of everything."

"My mother is a resident at Eskaton and my mother-in-law was a former resident. She passed away while living at Eskaton. We are so grateful to the staff who took such good care of her especially during those last few days. Their kindness extended to all those that came to visit my mother-in-law. We consider it a blessing that her last days were at Eskaton."

"I'm so grateful we found Friendly Care Home 2. Camelia and the staff are outstanding. Mom, who had dementia, and Dad, who had diabetes, were challenged in 2022 to find a home where they could be together and receive the care they each required. Each had a spacious private room to sleep in; however, during the day, they sat together in my dad's room with side-by-side recliners. The experienced staff met their needs with kindness and respect until their passing, making my parents feel comfortable and well-cared for. The same attention is given at mealtime. Each is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, nutritious ingredients to meet resident's needs. Fresh-baked bread was Dad's favorite! For anyone looking for quality care, excellent communication, and a safe, nurturing environment for their loved ones, I highly recommend Friendly Care Home 2."

"My friend moved into All Seasons in Orangevale. It's very, very expensive, but she is getting excellent care. She's practically bedridden. She tries to walk a little bit, but it's very difficult for her. It's a high-level assisted living. I visit her there all the time. It's excellent. You have your own room, and then you can put all your things in the room. They are very clean, very helpful, and very good. They are just very top level. She's paying a top-level price for it, too, but the food is so much better there than where she was. She looks so much better, and they accommodate her diabetic diet. It's like a big home that they have converted into a board and care, and it's just outstanding. It's a beautiful home. Right now, they don't have activities, but you get good value for the money."

"My wife was here before. It was a very good location. She was in there just after she had a rough time with her health, and they were very kind and helpful with her and helped her get back on her feet. I am forever grateful for the warmth that they gave her the whole time. Rooms, activities, food -- everything was really well done. One of the things I liked about it was that their structure was completely enclosed on the exterior, so that they can have both Alzheimer's patients and other types of patients in the same facility without people feeling enclosed. It was a very pleasant environment for that purpose, and the staff there was just wonderful -- really good people. They were really special."
