My father moved to Valencia Terrace. The facility is beautiful. Everyone is friendly and professional. The communication is very good, especially with the family, regarding everything, like his care, medical care, and finances. They're pretty upfront with everything. My dad's room is spacious and clean. The dining area is lovely. There are three different dining areas. The food is really good. They have a pool, water activities, a gym, a salon, a theater, a crafting room, happy hours, and people to come in and entertain. They play games. They have an active calendar. They visit places. It's nice because my sister is close, so we're able to take my dad out when we want to. During his first weekend there, we were able to have our family join him, and we had a little barbecue out in the pool area. The great-grandkids were able to swim. There's a grill there where we could have grilled burgers or something. The grounds are kept up. They have a newsletter that they send out. They let the residents and their families know what's happening. They're doing some renovations, like repainting and fixing things. They're very accommodating. It's worth it. They care about the residents. Everybody knows everybody.

Valencia Terrace was a nice facility, it had everything that my mom needs. It's comfortable as far as activities, quality of food, and the apartments themselves were very nice, lovely, and a decent size. That facility came highly recommended. They had 1-bedrooms, studios, and 2-bedrooms. They have pretty much everything. They have a little store, they have a very nice pool that's heated year-round to 85 degrees, there's a putting green, a barbecue area, and an in-house theater. They also have all kinds of daily events, trips to stores or banks, and they take groups of people out weekly in their own van to get them out and about so they take care of their errands. There's also a very nice courtyard. The staff was very, very helpful.

Valencia Terrace was a great facility. It was very welcoming, clean, and well laid out. It had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. They had good enrichment programs. The staff was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a very easy process. The rooms were clean and spacious. We were there at lunchtime, so a lot of people were in the dining hall, but they had art classes and they had games going on. It was a good place. I like them, but they don't have an onsite physician.

What I liked best about Valencia Terrace was that it's very clean and they had all the amenities, but they were much more expensive. They offered a lot of things like they had a lot of activities and things like that. They also have a pool, a hair salon, and a little store where they sold clothes. They were understaffed, though, and some of the younger staff they hired were rude. We also tried the food and it was not very good.

Valencia Terrace was very good. I liked it a lot. My only concern was that I didn't feel I was quite old enough to fit in well. The staff is excellent and very good. I liked the apartment that I saw. They have a lot of amenities and activities. It's a nice location. They provide two meals a day. The food was very good.

I like the cleanliness of Valencia Terrace. Everything was well kept. It's a very clean facility. There are lots of amenities and very nice rooms. The staff was very nice. I only met with the person that gave me the tour, but she was very nice. The people, while we were walking around there, said hi; they're very nice. They got lots of amenities. They have a gym, two restaurants, a pool, and a convenience store, so they're very nice. It's close to my house, that's why it's convenient for us.

We toured Valencia Terrace. It was higher priced, it was one of the highest priced ones, and their community fee is the same as the apartment. It really fell out kind of quick because all they had available for assisted living was studio apartments, and we don't want studio apartments. If they had a one bedroom available, their one bedrooms are $3,900, and their community fee is also $3,900, so it's pretty expensive. They also have a bathtub that you step into for your shower, which would not work for my dad. The amenities and the facilities are very good. If you want a studio apartment, it's great. They have an activity room and a game room.

My mother-in-law is in Valencia Terrace. I haven't been there since before Covid. I've dropped her off there, and they're always very friendly at the desk where you go in. She's in the independent living there. It seemed neat and clean, and the staff seemed friendly to me. My mother-in-law likes it there, although she doesn't like the food. She said that the people there repeatedly ask them to make some food changes, but they don't. This is probably true of all these places. She says the prices keep increasing and some of the people who live there had to leave because they don't get cost of living increases to match the facility's increases every year. When a board of people who live there have gone to them to give different reports, they say, "Sorry, but this is business, and we do have to increase our prices." Her complaint is the food is bland, kind of boring, and always the same. The rate increase is in excess of what they would make. I don't think she feels like the people in-charge really listen to their concerns, but the staff always seems pretty friendly. The amenities have been good. They have a little gym, a small beauty salon, a game room, and a movie room. During Covid, not much of it was operating, but I think they're beginning to get their feet back on that.

I'm going to Valencia Terrace. I have visited, they have different levels of care, they have a swimming pool, an exercise room, activities, and things. The one thing that really set me on this place was the balconies, for the rooms patio/balcony whatever you may call it, it's not a patio sliding door, it's like a regular front door, and with a wheelchair I can't get in or get out the sliding glass doors. When they interviewed me they said the independent section would be perfectly adequate with their add-on of help, rather than the 24-hour care. They provide 60 meals a month, and I can choose any of the meals that I want. In other words, breakfast, lunch, dinner, any combination, any day of the week. I usually just have a light breakfast. I'm gonna just do that in my kitchen, they have a kitchen in the room, and have them provide lunch and dinner. Another thing that really sold me is the location, the parking lot for the primary care physician clinic is where I go, so it's just next door, and right across the street from where I'm going for physical therapy. It was the convenience for me to get to all the things that I use regularly.

I will be moving into Valencia Terrace. It was quite nice or I would not have joined there. They offered housecleaning, help with medication, whatever you might need, trips to the doctor, and trips to shopping. It was about the same thing that all of the other places offer. The staff members that I met were quite nice. Their food was excellent.

I was a Corona firefighter for over 3 decades and responded to many medical emergencies and social events at Valencia Terrace. I became friends with the residents and staff. VT is a wonderful senior living community. The residents seem very happy and comfortable. The staff is professional and loving. I can’t say enough good things about VT. It’s a great choice for our seniors.

I saw both assisted and independent living areas of Valencia Terrace. It was really nice and beautiful. The staff was very inviting and very warm. They knew I was coming so they were prepared for us to come and see the place. They had a great backyard. They had a nice pool area, which my dad would like. They had lots of activities and amenities. Everything was top-of-the-line; it was absolutely beautiful. The gentleman who helped us was very nice. He seemed knowledgeable. He gave us different scenarios of assisted and independent living options. He explained that very well. He offered information, which was very nice. We saw gentlemen playing poker, and they had a different room where they were doing arts and crafts. They have two different types of dining rooms, including a bistro area for off-hours. I like that they take the residents to doctors' appointments and on little trips. That's really nice.

My mother was at Valencia Terrace. It was a good facility, but it's getting a little rundown. As far as independent living goes, it was great. We were happy with them. The staff was great. They had everything there, plus a little bit more in the programs.

Valencia Terrace was a very nice place. The rooms were spacious and clean. The place was easy to get to and well staffed. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The dining area was clean and pleasant, but I did not try the food.

Valencia Terrace is just beautiful and they have beautifully maintained gardens. They have a beautiful reception area that's well decorated, and there's a big lounge and a common area for the residents who are living there. The independent living is on one side and the assisted living is on the other side. It has three different floors, and they have a common dining room. The meals are prepared individually, you just place an order and you receive it. They have other facilities like a gym, a swimming pool, and a library. The residents go on trips, they go to movies, and the independent people can keep their own cars or opt to take a van (which is available if you're not up for driving). They will take you to shopping, to your appointments, and to the movies. You can go on your own and eat your own meal in a restaurant if you want. The surroundings is really beautiful. They have a varied menu, and it's pretty good.

Valencia Terrace was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very knowledgeable and showed us the casitas and the 2-bedrooms that they had. They served us a very nice lunch in the dining room. It's a great place.

Valencia Terrace is gorgeous. It's lovely. It's really nice. I could live there myself. When I took the tour, everybody was very friendly, very inviting, and caring. Everything is new, and everything is kept up very nice. It's very inviting the way that it is set up. I have a friend whose mother is there, and she is very happy there. Even though it's assisted living, it makes you feel like you're independent even if you're doing the assisted living. The only thing I would have to say is if you have a parent with dementia, because it is a bigger community, it would maybe be difficult there because it is more for higher functioning seniors.

We looked at Valencia Terrace for my parents. It was very nice. The rooms were very nice and had a full kitchen, a washer, and a dryer inside the room. The dining area was very nice, too.

We visited Valencia Terrace. It’s very nice. It’s very comparable to the other community. They did have a swimming pool -- which was nice -- with barbecue facilities around it for the family. That was a huge plus.

Valencia Terrace is beautiful, the people are very friendly, and they make you feel welcome. They know you by name. It’s just a very warm feeling. Overall, it was a very nice place, and it’s very clean, but the rent is too high.

My mother in-law is in the assisted living of Valencia Terrace. She gets 3 meals a days, and she gets help with the bed, and cleaning her apartment. It seems like everybody’s happy there. They’re always booked, so it seems like a place for the elderly to go. She’s in a one bedroom, one bath, a living room, and a kitchen. It seems to be perfect for her. The facility has been there for six years but it’s very clean. They have a very nice fitness area, a pool, a barbecue, a library, and they play Bingo and do crossword puzzles. They have two kitchens and a bistro. They have something different to do every day.

Valencia Terrace was beautiful. They had a beautiful pool. The outdoor space was really groomed beautifully. The rooms were spacious and very well taken care of. The hallways were good. The staff was good, and we just really liked it. I had dined in it, and the food was really good. They were very meticulous about their food. They had different things for the different needs of the residents. The staff was helpful. I was really impressed with the chef. He went around. He really loved his job, and he was just super attentive.

I visited Valencia Terrace. The rooms were larger than what we expected. The staff was very thorough. The food looked comparable. The dining area was more like a cafeteria. They had outings as well as church services on site. They had standard games and exercises. They needed to improve on the prices. The outside looked more like a hospital, and it felt like an old care home rather than an updated one.

Valencia Terrace is the nicest place I looked at. That is the only one I considered. It just seems to be a very quality place to live and not just a place to spend your last days. A lot of retirement communities just kind of look like a place that you go to die. They have both assisted and independent living. They have a lot of things available for the residents both indoor and outdoor. It has all sorts of side trips and a ton of stuff to do.

I had found Valencia Terrace. The only thing is it won't be available for at least six months though. I haven't lived there yet so I don't have too much but I like the interiors. They have several different plans and one of them I can put all of my furniture in there. They have a salt water pool and all the people looked very happy. They have casitas where people live there part of the time, maybe they travel or something. They're private casitas with a 2-car garage. The meals looked very nice. They have a gym, they have a theater room, all kinds of stuff.

We choose Valencia Terrace for my parents because of the price and the amenities. The facility is nice. It is only four years old and it has large rooms. It has good food. They serve wine on lunch and dinner. They have activities all day long. They have an actual gym in the premises and they do aqua aerobic on the pool. They offer so much more than the other facilities that we have seen.

A friend of my wife recommended Valencia Terrace to us. We visited this place for my mother-in-law. Their staff is very good. They have plenty of things to do for their clients. In terms of accommodations, they have a couple of different ones to choose from. Overall, it is a great facility, although a little bit costly. It is quite expensive to live there.

Valencia Terrace is a beautiful facility but it is more expensive than where I live now. It would be out of my range of capability. I would like to live there if I can afford it. I visited a friend there once and she has a beautiful apartment.

We have chosen Valencia Terrace for my mother-in-law. The environment is very nice and upper class. The surrounding area itself is nice too. They have nice pools and gym which my mother-in-law likes because those were things that she does on a daily basis. This is the reason why we chose Valencia for her. Her rooms and accommodations are good. They could serve her perfectly. The staff seem caring and willing to try to make everything work for you.

My daughter found this place for me. I lived in Palm Dessert but my doctor said I should be near my family. It's because I have other conditions with a bad back and everything that's why they moved me here in Valencia Terrace. My family was worried about me. So I came and looked at this place. I wasn't planning to move here because I love the dessert but my daughter and husband were here and it's such a beautiful place. Nicer than anyone I've ever seen. My daughter wrote a check right away and I decided to live here. It's a new facility. It's only 3 years old. I live in a studio here. This is the only one available that is a big one and it has a beautiful view. I decided to take it anyway because it's the only one available in the assisted living. The people here are wonderful. All of the residents are congenial. I've been in another facility before and this is a lot nicer as far as the way it's run and the way the people are and everything.

This place is beautiful! They have everything from assisted living to full care. I mainly looked into the assisted living for my grandma. They have someone clean your apartment once a week. They have a call button in the bathroom in case of a fall. Residents have a button in the apartment that they press when they are up in the mornings. If they have not pressed it by 10 am staff comes to check on the resident. They have 2 meals a day, a shuttle that drives you anywhere you want, and a ton of awesome activities.
