Even through misunderstandings with my parents, they continued working with us to get the best, appropriate care possible. The scheduler is an amazing person who goes above and beyond to find the best caregiver. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Interim HealthCare of Louisville is great and the people are very understanding. It was very easy to set up the home health care, you could just reach out to them by phone or text. They're also pretty flexible. They release her statement each week and they give her 2-3 days to review it. And if we have any questions, comments, and concerns they talk with you. It has been very easy. The caregiver checks on my mom during the day, and I would just text and she has been pretty good at responding. If there's anything, there are some days when the regular caregiver can't come which is fine. But the person that takes the caregiver's place doesn't communicate. I wish they would pass my phone number to the new person, that would be good. Otherwise, I'm really happy with them and I would strongly recommend Interim. Whenever there's a new person they always do their job, I just can't communicate because I don't have their number. They help her with meals, reminders on hygiene, and encourage mom to be more active like getting up and walking or doing exercises.

They have been amazing And worked with us prior to sending someone to find out what we were looking for in a caregiver. They answered all of our questions. After Identifying our need, a staff member came with the caregiver on the first day to introduce her and provide a smooth transition. The caregiver has been Polite, punctual, reliable, and flexible . She provides personal assistance as in bathing and dressing, will cook and have coffee ready for my mom everyday when she gets up, and even assisted with wrapping the Christmas gifts for my mom. She has even cooked from my moms recipe on a meal my mom always loved. She was Willing to try something she has not done before. It turned out pretty good. She will do laundry for my mom which is great since my mother has a hard time going down the steps to the laundry room to do laundry. Interim has checked up on us to make sure everything was going well. They have provided us with a sense of security for when I leave town and I I know my mom is being taken care of I have a sense of peace and do not worry about my mom. The caregiver will take my mom to appointments which eases my burden and my mom does not have to figure out who of her friends and family are available and then make lots of phone calls just to get to an appointment They have truly been an answer to my prayers I highly recommend Interim Health care.

We are very pleased with the service as we have the same caregiver each time, which is wonderful. She is very helpful to do light cleaning as well as watching my husband. They are forming a routine which is great. She is always on time! We have her for Respid Care and regular care too. The agency is great to work out the days and times we have her. We have tried other places and had caregivers each time, and that didn't work at all.
