The caregivers could've been more proactive in getting things done around the house. The main reason they were to come in was to make sure my father took his medicine, and that wasn't happening.

They give him care and that frees me up to do other things. He does not need a whole lot, but he needs someone there with him. I know the price goes up ever year and it seems like it should not.

It was good except the issue that we had with one of the caregivers. The manager was good and was able to get rid of that bad caregiver. The manager was great and helped us get rid of a caregiver that would go out and smoke instead of taking care of my loved one.

Joanne was very responsive and helpful when we contacted her. My mother is 88 and experiencing dementia and hallucinations. Joanne was able to help us get an appointment with a provider when we were having difficulty getting in on our own. Blue Bird provided caregivers on a weekly basis and they were always timely, professional and courteous. We have temporarily suspended our services in light of the virus but intend to reestablish them once it is safe to do so.

We have been using BlueBird for about 2 years. My dad loves them and looks forward to them comming. As POA, they are great to work with. they match the caregivers to the client andvery seldome do they change. Both parties get to know each other and the way they interact with my dad, its like they are one of the famaly. The communication to the famaly is great. They care about what they are doing and are NOT just doing it for the money. they truly CARE.

My parents have been clients of Bluebird for the last several years. Mom is 93 with a number of physical issues, dad is 96 with dementia. The caregivers are competent, caring and appropriately concerned. They have a professional attitude, come on time and even clean the bathrooms. They treat my parents like their own and have become like family to us. The Director is marvelous and communicates very well. We can’t thank them enough!

Bluebird provides daily care for my wife who has dementia and requires full assistance with all activities. Director Joanne really cares about client and family and sees that our needs are met. Caregivers are friendly and competent.
