My caregiver only took me to the doctor, she never would come in and help me with anything else. When I call them half the time they wouldn't follow through with anything.

They take me to the hospital and to the clinic and wait for me. Sometimes my caregiver wants to go in with me to talk to the doctor and take notes.
They are on time, they get me places on time, they are excellent drivers, and they are prepared.

It was not the caregiver that I chose, my children chose the caregiver that came.
I did not like that I had more than one caregiver coming to my home.

They provide transportation to appointments mostly.
I only use them for transportation. I do not know if they even check the driving capabilities of the people they hire. A couple of them have not been that good, but most are okay.

They were the only people he actually got to talk to. The one that came two days a week did a lot of things for him. She would change the sheets and cook him lunch.
She is a super nice lady. They are very personable and treat him like a person. I do not have all the good words to say about them.

We had trouble a while back, but that was with the old owners. That's been remedied now, though.

Laura and Lacey were great, very hospital, nice, friendly and professional. Caregivers were also friendly and professional. Owner terry is doing an excellent job of training and hiring professional friendly staff. My mom felt very content.

The family is very pleased with the care my father is receiving from Right at home. The one caregiver that we love the most is Margaret. She has been with our father since 2007. In 2011 she was incolved in a real bad accident that had her in the hospital. Instead of retiring, she came back to work for our father in the spring of 2012. My father really enjoys it when he sees Margaret walking in the door. He hates to see Margaret leave when her shift is over.

The caregivers from Right At Home were Great! my Uncle did not want anyone in his home to begin with, but they soon won him over. He was able to stay in his own home, where he wanted to be, which is what we wanted for him as well. Thank you Right At Home!
