"I really like my tour of BeeHive Homes of Louisville/Lyndon. It was a very comfortable, warm, and homey setting. The residents seemed very happy and well taken care of. The room that I saw was unfurnished, but it was spacious and clean. The dining area looked nice and very family oriented."

"I liked everything about The Spring House at Louisville. I would live there. It's beautiful, spic and span, and meticulous. The staff was very helpful, very friendly, and professional. They gave me numbers that I could call even though I couldn't use their services. It was immaculate. They had a couple of different dining areas and they were huge and had very comfortable seating. It's friendly and welcoming. The room size was adequate. The layout was very nice."

"Sunrise of Louisville was very nice and very clean. I liked the rooms. The staff answered all my questions and were very nice. I liked it. It was a nice layout. I know some of the places I toured didn't have a memory unit, and Sunrise did. I liked the rooms. I think my furniture would fit in there nicely. The atmosphere was nice. They had a nice entryway and a nice open lobby."

"I will move my mother to Vivera Senior Living. The place was new and I felt like they were professional and had all of the options that she would need. And also, I felt like it was more aligned with what she would want. The apartment was a decent size, and the layout was nice and easily accessible. They had a lot of options. It was clean and very well put together. I don't think it was activity time when I was there. I was there more at lunchtime, so there were people in the dining hall. But the activity schedule, a lot was going on. The staff was phenomenal, really knowledgeable, and very professional. I could tell they were involved. They had a van for transportation. They had a lot of courtyards and outdoor spaces and raised gardening. There were a lot of amenities."

"My husband has moved into Creekside on Whipps Mill. I've been very pleased. They go out of their way to do whatever is needed and the staff is very helpful. My husband has been very well pleased with it. The place is very clean, and the staff has just been very helpful. As for activities, my husband made a wreath for his door, and they do games and things like that."

"My father will be moving in. We chose it among others because it was nicer, had a better menu, everything was brand new, and I just felt comfortable there. Everybody has been very pleasant and awesome so far. The facility is first class and they've got unbelievable amenities. I've met three people including the salesguy and the nurse, and they are awesome."

"Vitality Living Springdale was extremely nice and clean. The staff was great. The food was good, and that was a big thing. It was a nice place. I like the fact that they can order off of a menu; I like that a lot. That is one of the big things. They have an exercise area and a movie theater. And then they have snacks and stuff for the residents in the dining area."

"I toured The Mansion on Main for my aunt, and what I like about it was she can actually afford it. The rooms are very nice. It has all the amenities, and it's very close to where I reside. They have outings, exercise classes, a chapel, and everything that I possibly can think of that she'd want to do or can do. They've got them right there for her, and the place felt homey. I just met the director. He gave me a tour of the facility, and he seemed to be a very busy person. He was doing a pretty good job. The dining area was very nice. It was a cafeteria style. It was very big, open, and spacious area. It had lots of light. It had really nice tables, chairs, and chandeliers; all the stuff that you would expect from a dining facility."

"The personal care area is really nice with great room options. The common areas are really well decorated and maintained. The dining room is nice with good food and friendly staff. The team cares about the tenants and treats like family. The memory care area is a good size. Lastly the cost was one of the best values for Oldham County and East End Louisville that I found when selecting home for my mom. Recommend this plan as not too big and just right size to help personalize your experience and care."

"I toured Westminster Village Kentuckiana. I thought it was excellent. It was very thorough, and I was very impressed by how clean it was. The staff member who toured me around was very good. She was excellent. I would move there tomorrow if I could, but I can't convince my husband as he's not ready to move."

"I toured Traditions at Beaumont. I thought it was OK, but we were not very impressed. It seemed more like a business. The people didn't seem as caring as the others we visited. The building was really pretty. Everything was nice. There was a courtyard that was secured. The staff who gave me the tour was extremely nice. You had to bring your own furniture and appliances into the rooms."
