Our Aunt responded to the care very well, and she even made a new friend. After our Aunt was well, Alice was no longer needed, but she has kept in touch with our Aunt. "I get the help needed inside the house, but I need the aide to drive my parents to some of the doctors' appointments. However, none of the aides can even do that, and they can't even roll her up and down the ramp. They oversold their capabilities in that respect. The cost is comparable with the other providers.
