We used Lean On Me Home Care INC for my husband. They were very professional, and caring, and they were also very expedient. So they met the need when I needed it. If you need services right away, if you need someone professional, that's caring, and provides the services you need, that's the care service for you. They were local, so it wasn't far away for them to travel to get here, which was very helpful and they were always here on time.

We started and we finished using Lean On Me Home Care INC. They helped my mother with bathing, dressing, and mobility. The caregivers were very nice. They did very well. The billing was a bit automated, so there would be some mistakes, but nothing crazy. They tried to be very flexible. Our experience was very good. They were very easy to deal with. They always answered my emails and always got back to me promptly with phone calls. Scheduling was flexible. The care they provided was good. They were very comprehensive. We liked them.
