"I took a tour, they were nice and courteous there. It was a little bit smaller than the other place I visited, but we like it. The staff cared, and they had the amenities that we needed or that we were looking for. It's accessible to all of my mom's doctor's appointments so that's nice. The staff we met there were informative, patient, nice, and sweet. Their dining area seems community-based and open. The surroundings felt warm, you go in and it doesn't feel like a nursing home. Everybody was friendly there, it didn't feel like the people there were forgotten about, and there was a lot of care. They have transportation to doctors' appointments, which is great. They also had activities that they coordinate for the residents. I remember seeing a few people playing cards in like a sitting room. They have stuff that they plan and then daily stuff that they can do, which is nice."

"My grandmother stayed at Lincoln Park Renaissance and the medical/nursing care that she got received was above and beyond. The way the staff (CNA, Nurses, therapists...) cared for her during her 3 month stay as if it was their own family member. The food was really good, and any medical question/need was given its utmost attention. I would feel very comfortable sending my love one there again."

"The staff was very friendly and actually knew what was going on with the patients in their care. They always make sure that medications are dispensed on time and accurately, and they are very patient with the patients. They always are constantly checking in on the patients, and communicate very well with family members. The building, at the time was very old, but it was clean and organized. The food looked like it was very good and my grandmother said it was much better than most. Also it is nice to see the same staff members there for a long time which to me means that they like what they are doing, rather than treat it like a job that just pays the bills. When I walked through the building I always got a nice smile from everyone I came in contact with. Also it looked like their equipment was up to date and pretty new. The building has since been removed and they built a new complex that is about 10 times the size. "

"My father was admitted to Meadowbrook after a terrible 28 days in the ICU. Due to Covid we have been unable to be with him as he recovers from a bad fall and stroke. We haven't been able to get to know the staff since we aren't there but his therapists Keith and Andrea have been wonderful. He's not an easy patient, very stubborn and in pretty bad shape. But he took his first steps in over 2.5 months today with their support, patience and persistence. We can't thank them enough. My dad is lucky to have them in his corner. "

"The facilities were very nice and updated. The outside was also nice, but more parking is definitely needed. The staff were generally nice, but some were not as knowledgable as they should have been about my grandma's condition. The amenities were nice, there was even a hair salon on the 2nd floor where residents can get their hair done. The eating area was also updated and bright and cheery. Overall, a very nice facility! "

"why is there no atm or little shop for residents to get things they need. it would allow them to feel more independant. they would not have to rely on others for daily needs. place is beautiful and staff is great."

"Right now, my mother is in the hospital, and then after that, she is going to go to Sans Souci Rehab. It is nearby, and I was referred to it by the hospital that she is in. The staff is very good, very friendly, and loving, and their physical therapy is aggressive, but compassionate. The rooms are comfortable, good quality, and clean. They have more activities than any other nursing homes that I deal with in the area. They try to keep the people busy. The food is decent, and it is a good place, convenient, and efficient, and I would absolutely recommend them. "

"The nursing home is in a terrible neighborhood, and there are few activities for the residents. This is an old-fashioned nursing home without any frills. BUT the nursing care is superior! My mother was a resident, and she received the kindest, most attentive care possible. I can't say enough about the nursing staff. Too bad the facilioty is so limited. "

"This is by far one the best Nursing Homes in Westchester County. I have had several relatives and friends in numerous nursing homes and they do not compare to the care and attention given to these patients. They have more staff per patient ratio in the area. I understand you want the best for "grandma" but your "grandma" is not the only "grandma" in the nursing home and they all need care and attention. The people who complain the most about nursing home care are the ones that EXPECT OTHERS to care for their "grandma" BUT for a variety of reasons can't or won't do it themselves. If you feel you can do better, then by all means take care of grandma yourself, it's not as easy as you think. "
