"I toured the Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. It was good and very respectful, nice, kind, and clean. The dining area was good. They keep the residents occupied with events every week and try to make it so that everyone is comfortable, which is very helpful. The staff member who gave the tour was very kind."

"South Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center has been great. They've been amazing. The staff has been very helpful in this journey, and they've made her stay very pleasant. She does like the food there. The facility is very nice and comfortable. They are very well taken care of, I would say. She's not in a position where she can use those facilities at this time. The staff has been great from the admissions to the social worker, to the physician assistant, the physician, and the nurses, they're all great."

"My brother-in-law is now in Sands Point Center for Health and Rehabilitation. Right now, we're very, very happy with them. They show a lot of care. It's a very happy and caring staff. They have a complete monthly activity calendar that they use for anyone interested in joining any one of the activities. They have scrabble because he plays scrabble. It's a full calendar. The place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. They got a full staff all the time. The nursing stations are good; they're always manned. It's worth the money."

As son of senior/ederly parents I want to provide them a wonderful and more enjoyable life for the rest of the time that GOD may have planned for them. "From the moment I arrived, I was treated very well. This place was recommended by a close friend of my wife. Through my health insurance I had a choice of 18 different rehab facilities and you guys rose to the top of my selection. The staff here is very attentive, caring , and very thoughtful about their patients. I never had a request looked on as something they didn’t want to do. The PT staff were good at working on my knee, I had a total knee replacement. I’ve been here a week and hopefully plan on going home next week sometime. Overall, I think I made a good decision to come to Care One in New Milford ."

"My Mom was a resident there for about 15 months and the staff that work there are so caring and wonderful. My Mom had dementia and they made her so comfortable the first month making believe she works there like greeting people etc. There's a gentleman that stands out for me, his name is Richard, and he talks with all the patients in the rec room about news, music and anything you could think of. It didn't matter if you were screaming, not feeling good or any other sickness u may have. he will talk to the patient like it was his family member. It made me very happy at he was there and threated my Mom so good. II will HIGHLY recommend Delridge for your loved one. The entire staff are awesome. Unfortunately, my Mom passed yesterday but was treated with so much love from the staff. Ty Dittmar Family"

"Bergen Regional staff was very, very kind. The coordinator, Maribel, was very, very polite. We didn't have any problems or any issues. However, I wouldn't recommend them for respite care. Maybe for a long-term care, but not for respite care. This was more of a hospitalization facility. "

"My Dad resides at this Veteran's Home. He is happy, cared for, clean, treated with love and respect by everyone there. I am so happy with the care and attention he gets. The care givers , nurses, aides, etc are wonderful. The facility is clean. Dad has never been in better shape mentally or medically. I love it and I am so grateful!"

"My dad was in Prospect Heights Care Center for rehab. It was a very good facility, it was clean, the physical therapy was excellent, and they were very attentive. I thought my dad did really well there. The physical and occupational therapy department was excellent. I would recommend this place. The food is very good. But it was a little expensive for him to be there on long-term. They have a lovely area, like a game room, where they do different activities.They had people come in, one time they had a man come in and sang along and played a musical instrument. They also had Bingo, casino night, and they did something for Valentine’s day. The grounds were okay, but not that great."
