"Right now, my mom is at Park Crescent Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center for rehab. They are helping her with speech, and they are helping her to walk. I was there for one of the sessions, and I got her motivated a little to take a walk and stand and stuff. I like them. They're very pleasant, and they keep me posted. They call me if they give her any kind of medicine. My mom was dehydrated, and they called me about that. She has a UTI right now, and they called and told me that because they did urine and blood work on her. They don't just do things, they call me and get my permission to allow them to do whatever. They're very good. They're very caring. I've even noticed that with the other patients there. I like the place. That's why I want to try to keep my mom there as long-term care. I'm very pleased with the place. So far, they have been excellent to me as far as taking care of my mother, and I'm very, very fussy about my mom and how to take care of her. But they're very nice, very thoughtful, and caring. My mother was sleeping over in her wheelchair, and I went to straighten her up, and they said, 'No, no, no, no. We'll do that.' They don't even let me touch my mother. I can't even roll her from her room to the lunchroom where they have lunch, they have to do it. They do everything. It's nice very facility. They're clean. They keep my mom clean. Sometimes I bring my mom food in because she won't eat. She doesn't like it. I looked at it and I could tell it's not that great. The room my mom is in is nice and clean. It's warm and comfortable in her room. She now has a roommate, but it's nice. Right now, I have no complaints about them. The staff members are excellent. I came in here, and I had been crying and they had been good to me, calming me down and everything. In terms of activities, my mom doesn't care about doing anything, but I did get her a little bit interested in it. We played Chinese bingo, and I thought it was fun. It was my first time playing it. She got into it, too, and she seemed to like it. But they were like, 'If she doesn't want to play, she doesn't have to.'"

"My brother & sister-in-law moved to Green Hill about 9 months ago. Both of them are treated very well. The staff , the nurses, care givers & management cannot do enough to make them feel loved. I recommend Green Hill highly."

"The facility is fantastic, clean contemporary facility with a staff that for the most part is very friendly and caring for the patients. I am currently an acute rehab patient about to be discharged after a 7 week stay for a broken leg. The rehab staff works with individual patients providing the best in today’s equipment and more importantly their attitude for caring and understanding is excellent. They take a vested interest in our progress. The nursing staff and care aides are fantastic and understand what being in intense pain is like. My only complaint is the house Doctor and the NP are in their own state of mind and arbitrarily reduce or eliminate medicines that the patient is on. They cut my pain medicine by 60% because of fear of the state health department. They also refused to provide my sleeping meds and anti-anxiety medications. Also would not listen to my list of supplements that I take. Sadly this is the only down side to a wonderful care center. Heck even the cafe, hair stylist and back office staff go beyond the minimum to provide a wonderful experience while recuperating. I highly recommend Meadowbrook Care Center for acute rehab and even long term nursing home care."

"I went to Belair Care Center after a total knee replacement. I couldn't have been happier with my stay there! The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and gives you a warm feeling. They have a little restaurant you can go to for lunch (that has a beautiful outside patio). I played bingo, did art therapy and even got visited by their therapy dog, Chloe. I give physical therapy an A+! "

"My mother is in Lincoln Park Renaissance Rehab & Nursing. It's excellent. I'm very happy with them. It's very clean. The staff is awesome. They take very good care of my mother, who is hard to take care of. They're always friendly and always smiling. They have little concerts, they play games, they have art classes, and Zumba. It's very active. There are a few things every day. My mother said the food is very good. The choices are good, and it tastes good."

"South Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center has been great. They've been amazing. The staff has been very helpful in this journey, and they've made her stay very pleasant. She does like the food there. The facility is very nice and comfortable. They are very well taken care of, I would say. She's not in a position where she can use those facilities at this time. The staff has been great from the admissions to the social worker, to the physician assistant, the physician, and the nurses, they're all great."

"While looking for options of senior citizens assistance for my parents I got to Livia. Customer agent via web chat was kind and helpful in providing answers to my queries. As son of senior/ederly parents I want to provide them a wonderful and more enjoyable life for the rest of the time that GOD may have planned for them. Customer agent was very attentive, so I hope the rest of the personnel is as good as him or even better. That would provide a sense of trust and confidence that your love ones will be in good hands."

"When I went to visit my grandmother at the nursing home I was impressed on the level of care given to her. The caregivers (they were not all nurses) were caring, helpful, responsible, patient and reliable. Her room was clean and did not smell stale as the other facility she had previously been in. They workers genuinely appeared to want to help and appeared to like their jobs and excelled at it. My grandmother told me that it was like that all the time and not only when there were outside people there. She is much happier here and I can not express how happy that makes me. Although I do confess that as nice as it has been up until now I have not yet let my guard down and my family and I check on her constantly because of our previous experiences. There is one nurse that I requested not care for my grandmother and I was surprised to say that they respected my wishes and my grandmother said she has stopped by to chat but has not done anything medical with her again. "

"I had a family member at University Nursing Home for some rehabilitation. I don't normally write reviews but the care that was delivered was so outstanding i had to let others know about this so they can too choose a facility that would care for their family members. The staff are really nice and like family. The administrator is always there listening and giving a helping hand to any situation that would arise. There is never a time were my request was not fulfilled. I am glad to say that my family member walked into University Nursing Home not able to move and is now running on his own. Thank you so much University. We will always be grateful for all you have done. "

"When my husband would leave the hospital, he would go to Beth Abraham. It appeared to me to be quite efficient, and it looked pretty good to me. It looked like he would have better care there. The patients didn't look nostalgic, and they had more activities. The patients were involved in something like games. They didn't seemed to me to be just drugged in and sitting there. That's what impressed me more. The staff showed me just about everything. They took me all over the whole place. It looked clean, nice, and pleasant. It wasn't grimy or anything like that. The rooms were not spacious, but adequate. The dining area was an adequate, nice, and pleasant room. "
