"My mom is in rehab at the Dumont Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. I go every week, three to four days. She looks much better than she did when she first came to Dumont. She is always clean. They take care of her when they need to see the doctors. She is being cared for properly. They're attentive and respectful. I sample the food, but my mom is picky, so that's the issue. It was okay. It was bland because they don't put salt in the food, which is okay. After all, my mother is 92, and she doesn't need her blood pressure to go up at a high rate, so that's understandable. It's a nursing home, and so they're not going to put salt in the food, but they tried to season it otherwise. They clean. They have meetings with the residents periodically, and if the residents complain about any insects or anything, they take care of them right away. To keep them busy, they have bingo and music. A person comes around, plays music, and sings to them. When my brother called me, he told me that my mother looks healthier. I think she gained a little bit of weight. Every time he has gone there, he said the same thing that she is always cared for."

"The Best! I've had more than my share of hospitals and recovery, and Belair is exceptional. The patient is provided with loving care 24/7. The physical therapy is compassionate and aware of the pain of their patients. They work well even with those who flat out refuse to do the exercise that will relieve their pain and make them whole. This is my second stay at Belair so you can give them ten stars from me. ( highly recommend them. "

This is such a nice place with wonderful care and you can tell that the workers are sincerely concerned with making sure you are comfortable and cared for. It is clean and I love love the nurses aides are always there for me. So I couldn’t recommend this high enough!!!!"

"I don't like The Silvercrest Center For Nursing And Rehabilitation. I don't like the location and the building. It didn't seem safe, and it wasn't clean. The staff was very attentive, though. She gave us a tour. This structure was old. There was a smell of people not being changed, and this was in the middle of the day, and they knew we were coming. They had private rooms, and other rooms that may have two or three residents in them. They were small, and they weren't patient-friendly."

"My grandmother is in Margaret Tietz Rehab. They have a family room where you can go and be quiet. We went out, and it was nice because it had an enclosed balcony area where you're looking out at the tops of the trees. My grandmother seems OK and looks like she is taken care of; her nails had been freshly painted. She's dressed, clean, and comfortable. Her room seems clean and has a bed and a TV in front of her bed. The bathroom seems clean, and she has a nice view because the window is very large and takes up a whole wall. It's a nice place."

"My husband moved into Chapin Home for the Aging. I’m very pleased; they’re very caring. The place is spacious, it has a variety of activities, and I like the staff that they have. Everybody tries to be as helpful as possible given the situation, and on that basis, I would highly recommend it."

"I appreciate the way the Nurses, Doctors and Nurse's Aids care for my Mother. The staff always call me anytime day or night and keep in alert of change of Meds or Health issues. I appreciate all of them for their personal care. I visit often so I get to know every one on every Shift. Social Workers are the Best stay on time of things. The Staff do several activities with the Residents, I especially like the Rehabilitation they provided made Mom stronger after leaving the hospital. Thank you."

"I was a resident at Highland Care Center in 2014 from August to October and the staff was friendly, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They made my stay pleasant which helped the healing process. The physical therapists were excellent, organized, professional, and they knew what they were doing. There were activities and entertainment. The food for me left a lot to be desired however, the dietitian often checked with me to see if I was satisfied which I thought was really nice. "
