"My review is for the online visitor program that they have set up. I find this to be a great program where as I can visit my loved one without having to physically be there. Since I live out of state this offers a great opportunity to visit virtually. I hope that the program can be expanded to offer more time. "

"My father is at Hopkins Center for Rehab and Healthcare. The staff is amazing. Everybody from the nurses to management, to the cleaning people are all very friendly, very helpful, and give him rehab there. The place is a spotless, wonderful place, and the food is very good. The place is beautiful; they redid the whole place last year, and were still finishing touches as needed. They have live music every other day, they have games all day long, board games and cards to keep them active. They're overpriced, but they give good care."

"Mary had a private room and it was kept clean and well stocked each day. cleaning staff was always helpful and pleasant. Mary is a vegetarian and the dietician helped to provide her with healthy, well balanced meals. Mary especially loved the pizza. PT and OT worked hard restoring Marys strength and movement. They are all professional and patient, which was so helpful while recovering from a recent illness in the rehabilitation unit. The Nursing staff also took excellent care helping Mary get through her recovery. Mary, the head nurse ,was informative and communicated with our us regarding Marys labs and test results. The social worker also kept us informed and prepared us nicely for discharge. Mary and all our family would refer your facility to others seeking rehab services. Of course, we must mention the lovely cafe and all the people serving there. It is a very pleasant addition ."

"My brother was a resident. He was in the final stages of Alzheimer's. From the second we arrived, he and my family were treated with the utmost respect. Any request we had was taken care of immediately. The care he received was exemplary. Marie Benoit and Stanley and the doctors took care of my brother like he was their own relative. They kept him comfortable until the very end. Everyone, the nurses, the doctors and the rest of the staff could not have been kinder to all of us. Fulton Commons should have a 4 star rating for care. It's very clean and the care is top notch and when my brother passed we all cried including the staff. If I need a nursing home, I know where I want to be."

From admissions(Jacob&Keith)to social work(Lamina)to the fantastic care from the nursing staff(Ayanna,Iovannia,Georgia,Joanie,Marcine,Ingrid)to the wonderful aides(Sandra,Chyna,Marcy,Deborah,Mingo,Velma)excellent physical&occupational therapy dept.(Joe,John,Mr's Jing&Polly,Sharone,Patricia,Shawnette,Anna)Dietary(Patricia,Brooke)Housekeeping(Errol)and everyone else whose name I never got. I may be gone but you all will never be forgotten. Through your constant care&consideration&most importantly conversation I felt more like family or friend than a patient. "I am a patient at Townhouse. Happy/unhappy to be leaving this Thursday. I was on a vent and trach in their respiratory unit. My stay was more than satisfactory due to the staff and their willingness to do what they could to get me better. From the Janitor to the doctors, everybody was more than accommodating to my needs. The trick is the staff is as good as you want them to be. They know what has to be done, you need to follow their lead. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. "

"Really impressed with the care here. The administrator was really personable and caring. He sat with me for 3 hours and worked through some of my concerns. Can't beat how much time he spent trying to make my life a little easier, kind of uncomfortable having mom outside my hands after being home with us for so long. Also nurse Kethrine was working late nights with us and was very very impressive as well. Rehab is going well I can tell there are staffed really well. Overall very happy so far"

"I have been very happy with my cousin’s care. Everyone from the nurses to the aides to the housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. My cousin has always been neat and clean when I visit. During the pandemic I can’t visit but I have had Face Time calls with the help of the staff whenever I ask. I would recommend this facility. "

"Awesome Nursing Home! My Grandparents were there. 2 of my uncles are there now. Staff is phenomenal, very pleasant and caring. Rooms/building are new, nice, large, bright and spacious. Recreation department does a great job, always something exciting happening. They have a lot of activities, parties and concerts. They take residents out on trips. Rehab department is top, my Grandpa had a leg injury and he went there for rehab and we thought that he will need 4 months to get better, they got him stronger then he was before the injury in 6 weeks. Always a positive atmosphere there, would totally recommend. "

"My dad is a resident of Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. The staff is good. They talk to me. They work with my father. They show me how he works with the walker. The staff was very good. It's an old building. It's pretty clean. My dad was in the room doing exercise. He gets physical therapy and occupational therapy. The insurance is paying for it now, but I don't know if he can pay for it, because it is expensive. The atmosphere is very nice, has very nice people, and they're very friendly. The rooms are OK. They're just a regular room with a TV. He has another roommate with him."

The staff, including P/T, Administration, Nurses, Aides and all the people who work in this facility are very professional and kind. I would recommend Sunharbor to anyone who needs to go to rehab."
