"We started and we finished using Lean On Me Home Care INC. They helped my mother with bathing, dressing, and mobility. The caregivers were very nice. They did very well. The billing was a bit automated, so there would be some mistakes, but nothing crazy. They tried to be very flexible. Our experience was very good. They were very easy to deal with. It's just initially it was a little rough because many of them came from Brooklyn and were in Lynbrook, so it took a little while for them to get somebody situated during the week and the weekends. They're not consistent with the time every day, but they've gotten better because I spoke to them. However, they're not so engaging. My mother wanted them to maybe wash something in the sink and they're like, "We don't do that." There are very few things that they do. It's very basic."
