Excel has provided aides for my 98 yo mother for several years. I am very happy with her care because her aides genuinely care about her. They are competent and professional. Interactions with the management are easy and I have had no problems with billing.

The agency provides my mom with live-in aides. The aides have been very good and reliable and when my mom was unhappy with one (personality clash - not a level of care issue) the agency was very responsive in finding and providing a replacement. The agency has also been very responsive to any issues that have arisen with mom’s medical status and they have always been able to ensure coverage when one of the regular aides was unable to work, even on short notice over holidays.

We were referred to Companions Plus when my elderly mother entered hospice and needed help with feeding, bathing, and meeting her other basic needs. Companions Plus truly was a lifesaver for our family, and we highly recommend them. Unlike other agencies we have dealt with in the past, Lekeisha and her team were responsive and professional, and they always went well out of their way to ensure we had the coverage we needed. We cannot say enough about the quality of the caregivers, who were generally on time, courteous, and kind. In the one or two instances when we felt it wasn't a good match, Companions Plus quickly made a change. We were clients of Companions Plus for a number of months. We give them 5 stars.

I have Companions Plus for my wife. They help her with all activities of daily living such as washing, bathing, and walking her to the kitchen and helping and encouraging her to eat. We have this one aide who's very good and comes promptly. So far we're very happy.
