I called them on a Monday morning, and they came and interviewed my mom on Monday afternoon to find out exactly what type of caregivers we required. By Thursday, I had somebody in place. "I get the help needed inside the house, but I need the aide to drive my parents to some of the doctors' appointments. However, none of the aides can even do that, and they can't even roll her up and down the ramp. They oversold their capabilities in that respect. The cost is comparable with the other providers. They do light cleaning, help with bathing, walk them around, organize cabinets, and do personal grooming, which is the most important thing. They're very good aides.
