However, none of the aides can even do that, and they can't even roll her up and down the ramp. They oversold their capabilities in that respect. The cost is comparable with the other providers. They do light cleaning, help with bathing, walk them around, organize cabinets, and do personal grooming, which is the most important thing. They're very good aides. One of the positive things they do is provide services to on a discount for going back and forth to the hospital and the doctor. They also have a good RN case supervisor."
