I was very pleased with Elite Home Care. I only had the representative come for two days. That's all I asked for, and they obliged. The caregiver came for four hours each day. I asked her to mop the kitchen floor, which she did. Then she helped me one day with the laundry, taking the laundry out of the washing machine, putting it into the dryer, and then out of the dryer and folding everything for me, and brought it upstairs where I needed it. They're very good with billing. They asked me if I could pay with a credit card, and I said yes, and I was happy for that, and then I got a receipt for my payment. I was very satisfied.

We're using Elite Home Care for my mother. We wanted someone for four hours and the majority of the agencies were eight hours. We were able to get four hours a day for my mother, which was what we needed. I liked their flexibility. My mother likes to have a little companionship in the evening and showering. Washing up in the evening is when she needs the most assistance. The caregivers seem caring. My mother's content. It's just initially it was a little rough because many of them came from Brooklyn and were in Lynbrook, so it took a little while for them to get somebody situated during the week and the weekends. They're not consistent with the time every day, but they've gotten better because I spoke to them. However, they're not so engaging. My mother wanted them to maybe wash something in the sink and they're like, "We don't do that." There are very few things that they do. It's very basic.

Elite Home Care is wonderful. The staff is great. If I have any questions or whatever, they promptly answered. They're absolutely professional and prompt. We have an aide three days a week for my dad. She takes care of my dad, gives him his three meals a day, I set up the medication, and she gives it to him. Eli and the young girl that's working in the agency are wonderful, they're very helpful. This agency is extremely helpful to our family in getting us the right aides, answering our questions promptly, and getting back to us. We're very happy that we reached out for help and I never had to switch. We're very satisfied with them.
