She does everything we ask her to. We have very minimal comments about the agency; we just communicate with the aides. If I want her to do something, she does, and if I want her to go shopping, I make a list and she goes shopping."

"I previously used Revival Home Health Care. They're in my network with my insurance and provide home care, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. I had one aide, but she was frequently late, then one day, she didn't show at all. Originally I was told I could pick the hours, but it got switched to when the girl was available. That didn't always work because sometimes she would have another job the same day. Overall, I was very satisfied with Revival Home Health Care. In their defense, they tried to accommodate my wishes. I'm familiar with other agencies, so I think Revival is better for me. They care more, and the staff is very good. There's always communication where they would call me or I would call them if something is bothering me, and they would in turn try to fix it."

"I had two caregivers from HCS, Inc who were amazing, but I had one person who was like a zero. I love their coordinator dearly, but I don't feel like she is meeting my standards because when I asked her to remove this home attendant, she has not been removed. This home attendant that I don't like told my Grandpa not to wake her up before 8 a.m. because she is not on until 8, and that is completely unacceptable. These attendants provide 24-hour service, 7 days a week. They need to improve on who they're hiring. "

"First I want to say when trying to research a home hospice service for reviews there were hardly any. This is why I am writing this review on MJHS. My mom recently had a massive stroke and after being in the hospital for several weeks we needed a company that provides home hospice care. We reached out to MJHS and they did everything from explaining the process to setting up the equipment needed to make mom as comfortable as possible in our house. The equipment came the day before so when mom got released everything was there and set up for her. I found them to be very caring and compassionate to my mom. They treated her with respect and were very gentle with her. Mom passed away 5 days later but in that time they treated her like their own family. I want to thank MJHS, the aides, nurses and staff for the care they gave my mom in her own home. The only negative otherwise I would of given five stars is that no one came to pick up all the medications left in my home that mom was taking. "

"We had Personal Touch for five weeks. The people I dealt with at the office were not professional at all. Of the aides that they sent out, one was very good, and we requested that she always come, but that didn't happen. One was actually verbally abusive to my mom. The other one was fair, but wanted to watch TV all day. Depending on who they sent, it was either OK or not very good. They billed for services rendered, but it was not as it should have been."

"Excellent Home Care Services were excellent. My brother very much liked them. Everyone that they sent was good, there was a lot of good communication, and they had done what they said what they were going to do. Excellent Home Care was there five days during the week, four hours a day. There was a nurse once a week and a PT initially two times a week. The caregivers were excellent. They worked hard; nobody was just sitting there. They cooked meals and they cleaned. They were very helpful."

I had to transfer my care from BrightStar Austin to BrightStar Houston and then to BrightStar Upper East Side in New York, and the process was seamless. All of the nurses were extremely kind and helpful. Every phone conversation I had with anyone at BrightStar was very helpful. The people who work at BrightStar Upper East Side truly care about their patients and made my life a lot easier. I needed weekly dressing changes for my PICC line, and they were extremely efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. "

"I am a current cliet of Personal Touch and I am very pleased with aides i have during the week, The moment each of them step into my apartment they ask what would I like to have done today, and start working immediately. Check if I have taken my medication, ask if I had eatten breakfast and what was I going to do for lunch and dinner, and if I needed any help getting my afternoon and evening meals. After they finish their work for the day, we sit in the living room chatting and watch TV, keeping me company until it is time for them to leave. My case worker is really good at keeping in touch with me, informing me when one of my attendants will not be in that week, and woud I like a replacement, checking on me to see if my needs are being met, and to see if there is anything I need extra. I wuold recommend Personal Touch to anyone that needs assistance living at home,rather than haveing to go to a nursing home unless you need medical attention as well. "
