My mother has been a consumer with Best Choice since 2016 and their communication over the past two years have worsen. They refuse to call me, the caretaker in a timely manner to inform me aides will be out. I’ve asked several times for the directors email address and contact number and they have not given it to me. They will not get reported to 311 and any all state agencies that deals with the disabled.

We had no problem at all with Best Choice Home Health Care. The caregiver comes in four times a week, and she is OK and doing good.
