"I am a current temporary resident of this facility because I had a total knee replacement done. So I came here seeking PT and OT treatment and also regular treatment while I was healing. This is such a nice place with wonderful care and you can tell that the workers are sincerely concerned with making sure you are comfortable and cared for. It is clean and I love love the nurses aides are always there for me. So I couldn’t recommend this high enough!!!!"

"My mom is in rehab at the Dumont Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. I go every week, three to four days. She looks much better than she did when she first came to Dumont. She is always clean. They take care of her when they need to see the doctors. She is being cared for properly. They're attentive and respectful. I sample the food, but my mom is picky, so that's the issue. It was okay. It was bland because they don't put salt in the food, which is okay. After all, my mother is 92, and she doesn't need her blood pressure to go up at a high rate, so that's understandable. It's a nursing home, and so they're not going to put salt in the food, but they tried to season it otherwise. They clean. They have meetings with the residents periodically, and if the residents complain about any insects or anything, they take care of them right away. To keep them busy, they have bingo and music. A person comes around, plays music, and sings to them. When my brother called me, he told me that my mother looks healthier. I think she gained a little bit of weight. Every time he has gone there, he said the same thing that she is always cared for."

"My brother-in-law is now in Sands Point Center for Health and Rehabilitation. Right now, we're very, very happy with them. They show a lot of care. It's a very happy and caring staff. They have a complete monthly activity calendar that they use for anyone interested in joining any one of the activities. They have scrabble because he plays scrabble. It's a full calendar. The place is clean, neat, and well-maintained. They got a full staff all the time. The nursing stations are good; they're always manned. It's worth the money."

"My brother & sister-in-law moved to Green Hill about 9 months ago. Both of them are treated very well. The staff , the nurses, care givers & management cannot do enough to make them feel loved. I recommend Green Hill highly."

"I went to Belair Care Center after a total knee replacement. I couldn't have been happier with my stay there! The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and gives you a warm feeling. They have a little restaurant you can go to for lunch (that has a beautiful outside patio). I played bingo, did art therapy and even got visited by their therapy dog, Chloe. I give physical therapy an A+! "

"I toured LIVIA Health & Senior Living looking for long-term care for my parents. It's beautiful, clean, and very modern. The staff and my tour guide were very friendly. They have multiple community areas and multiple dining rooms. It is one of the things that I like. The rooms were kind of spacious. The bathrooms were beautiful, and that's important for people who are in wheelchairs. It's definitely spacious and clean. I know they have a good physical therapy department and an occupational therapy department. They also had a small gathering space that families can use as a private room. There was a beautiful outdoor space for the residents and visitors. Everything looked very new, so no complaints there."

"My grandmother stayed at Lincoln Park Renaissance and the medical/nursing care that she got received was above and beyond. The way the staff (CNA, Nurses, therapists...) cared for her during her 3 month stay as if it was their own family member. The food was really good, and any medical question/need was given its utmost attention. I would feel very comfortable sending my love one there again."

"Right now, I'm in at New York Congregational Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. It's excellent. It's very clean. The rooms are immaculate. Downstairs, they have physical therapy rooms. They have a patio outside where we can go every day if you are physically able to, and they have a room where you go for meetings. There's a lot of activities every day. The staff members are good. They work hard. I have a buzzer next to me, and if I want to call somebody, I push the button, and someone comes. I could get to my wheelchair and go out of their station if I needed something. I like dinners and I love soup, but I don't like the lunches. Breakfast is OK. For lunch, they always have either chicken or fish with rice or mashed potatoes, and I don't really like it, so I kind of skipped lunch. I can go without eating lunch. The staff are on top of everything, and they're always working. Every patient has a TV by his bed, and I have physical therapy every day of the week."

"My father is a patient at Ditmas Park, he has been treated well. The staff has been very understanding. During this time with COVID-19 there have been visitation restrictions and Ditmas Park made arrangements so I could FaceTime my father daily. The staff also know that I am very involved and call all the time for updates on my dad."
