"I toured the Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. It was good and very respectful, nice, kind, and clean. The dining area was good. They keep the residents occupied with events every week and try to make it so that everyone is comfortable, which is very helpful. The staff member who gave the tour was very kind."

"I put my father in Sands Point Center. The staff is very good; they are very caring and attentive. I didn't taste any of the food, but it smells good. It is very clean, and there are lots of activities. Justin came in the other day to perform, they have pet visits from their pet therapy, and they have Bingo and different kinds of luncheon, Wii, trivia, and contests. I am very happy. "

"I toured the Dumont Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. On every floor we were taken to, I didn't see any discrepancies. We were taken to the memory care division. It looked like it was a clean place, so I have no complaints. The staff member who gave the tour was not knowledgeable, but the person they claimed we were supposed to see had something else to do, so they put another person on to take us around. He was OK. If we had another person who normally does it, we'd get more information on him, but it wasn't bad. It was OK. It looked like a clean area. I didn't see anything wrong with the rooms they showed us and that we passed through, but I peeked, and they looked well-kept. They showed us different rooms. They showed us one-on-one, and then we saw two-on-two. I mean two people in a room, and we saw one person in the room. So it was OK."

"I went to Belair Care Center after a total knee replacement. I couldn't have been happier with my stay there! The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and gives you a warm feeling. They have a little restaurant you can go to for lunch (that has a beautiful outside patio). I played bingo, did art therapy and even got visited by their therapy dog, Chloe. I give physical therapy an A+! "

"Right now, my mom is at Park Crescent Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center for rehab. They are helping her with speech, and they are helping her to walk. I was there for one of the sessions, and I got her motivated a little to take a walk and stand and stuff. I like them. They're very pleasant, and they keep me posted. They call me if they give her any kind of medicine. My mom was dehydrated, and they called me about that. She has a UTI right now, and they called and told me that because they did urine and blood work on her. They don't just do things, they call me and get my permission to allow them to do whatever. They're very good. They're very caring. I've even noticed that with the other patients there. I like the place. That's why I want to try to keep my mom there as long-term care. I'm very pleased with the place. So far, they have been excellent to me as far as taking care of my mother, and I'm very, very fussy about my mom and how to take care of her. But they're very nice, very thoughtful, and caring. My mother was sleeping over in her wheelchair, and I went to straighten her up, and they said, 'No, no, no, no. We'll do that.' They don't even let me touch my mother. I can't even roll her from her room to the lunchroom where they have lunch, they have to do it. They do everything. It's nice very facility. They're clean. They keep my mom clean. Sometimes I bring my mom food in because she won't eat. She doesn't like it. I looked at it and I could tell it's not that great. The room my mom is in is nice and clean. It's warm and comfortable in her room. She now has a roommate, but it's nice. Right now, I have no complaints about them. The staff members are excellent. I came in here, and I had been crying and they had been good to me, calming me down and everything. In terms of activities, my mom doesn't care about doing anything, but I did get her a little bit interested in it. We played Chinese bingo, and I thought it was fun. It was my first time playing it. She got into it, too, and she seemed to like it. But they were like, 'If she doesn't want to play, she doesn't have to.'"

"South Mountain Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center has been great. They've been amazing. The staff has been very helpful in this journey, and they've made her stay very pleasant. She does like the food there. The facility is very nice and comfortable. They are very well taken care of, I would say. She's not in a position where she can use those facilities at this time. The staff has been great from the admissions to the social worker, to the physician assistant, the physician, and the nurses, they're all great."

"My mother is in Lincoln Park Renaissance Rehab & Nursing. It's excellent. I'm very happy with them. It's very clean. The staff is awesome. They take very good care of my mother, who is hard to take care of. They're always friendly and always smiling. They have little concerts, they play games, they have art classes, and Zumba. It's very active. There are a few things every day. My mother said the food is very good. The choices are good, and it tastes good."

"While looking for options of senior citizens assistance for my parents I got to Livia. Customer agent via web chat was kind and helpful in providing answers to my queries. As son of senior/ederly parents I want to provide them a wonderful and more enjoyable life for the rest of the time that GOD may have planned for them. Customer agent was very attentive, so I hope the rest of the personnel is as good as him or even better. That would provide a sense of trust and confidence that your love ones will be in good hands."

"My husband is in Forest View Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. We got Medicaid, so we can put him in the residents' quarters above and hopefully get him to walk to help his memory. I've gone every day since he's been in there and they've been great with me. They get him out of bed, they wash him, and they put him out in the hallway in his wheelchair. They've been wonderful with him. They are so kind and very patient. I took him to his primary last Friday in a van that they arranged for me to get. I find them very helpful and very positive. That's one of the best ones that he's been in. The staff is very patient and very kind to my husband. When they walk by him in the chair, they always kibitz with him and he loves that. They try to get the person to come out of their shell and to do what they need to do, but also take care and enjoy. He always eats his meals. They are well balanced, with soup, and an appetizer of some kind, and then they always check and see if they want hot tea or coffee when they get their meal or if they want a Coke or something. Even when they're in the hallways, they always check to see if they want something to drink, whether it's iced water or anything. I find them very caring. He's right near the nurses' station and they keep an eye on him, which is great, to make sure that he's OK. The staff has a good sense of humor too. If a woman was singing, they encouraged her to sing more and she had a great time and she probably felt like a million dollars. When I came to visit and he was still in bed, they were very patient with him getting him dressed. They came back to make sure he was washed up and dressed and everything. They're very kind. They know everybody's name. They check on them. Cleanliness has been great. While I've been there, a couple of cleaning people have come by and cleaned the room and everything, and they make the beds when people are out of the room like they don't like to bother any patients or anything with it. They're very considerate, very kind and very funny. The nurses knew their stuff because they were helping me with things with my husband and his physical therapy. They've been helping him and encouraging and they even let me stay a couple of times in the physical therapy room to be able to watch and cheer him on. They're very good. They've been excellent. They're very nice about it and they let me bring the fruits that he loves. They'll put him right out in the hallway with a towel around his chin in case he drops anything. He's been eating his watermelon and grapes and all the things he loves. They make sure that if somebody doesn't get something they like for a meal, they'll change it right on the spot and send it to the kitchen. I'm really happy. They helped me get Medicaid and we just got it, so the price was like halved. I think you get your money's worth. It's 24-hour care. If I'm five minutes over or something at night, they don't rush you out. They've been very good with him and they also check his meds to make sure he's taking them. They've done little things like put them in ice cream or pudding, so that he gets them without really feeling that he's being opposed. They've done some creative things with the nursing and the care and everything, which no other place I've known that we've been in has done. The staff is excellent."

"I saw that they offer a way for me to see my loved one through the entire Covid-19 pandemic. They setup a little hugging booth where I can go hug my mother. It was actually lovely and they were the first nursing home that I have seen do this. My mother told me stories of how they would bring her food and they the food was actually good. She mentioned how she did not expect it to be good because it is a nursing home. "

"Park Terrace Care Center is a great facility! I was very hesitant with send my Auntie to Park in the beginning because I was scared and didn’t know much about the facility, all I know is that the local hospital had this place down perfectly to the “T” very accommodating, Clean, communication was perfect and the team their was truly brilliant and they knew exactly what they were doing! Whoever runs that building runs a tight ship! I am truly grateful for everything they did for my auntie and she is now home back to playing goldfish with her girlfriends! Definitely recommend Park Terrace!"
