The Capstone Battery Park City seems like a very nice place. It has a very welcoming staff and atmosphere. They were going through portions of our renovation, so we couldn't see everything, but the property looks great, and I look forward to going back and seeing them again and possibly having dinner there. The staff had my name reserved for a tour, so I was welcomed when I came in. They were very pleasant and very nice. They were able to answer everything I asked very quickly and thoroughly. I looked at a studio, and although it's a studio and not as big as where I am now. It seemed like a very comfortable place. I don't know how old the property is, but it seems like a very bright, welcoming place. I love that they have a security system where they can effectively monitor whether residents are moving around or not after normal waking time and they can do various types of wellness visits.

The Capstone Battery Park City was very nice. I liked it very much. They have a pool under construction, and that's one of the reasons why I want to go there. They have a special offer every month depending on their vacancies. They were very courteous, and it seems like a very upscale place. They seem to take care of all the issues they have. I was just very impressed with the place. The service was excellent. I didn't see anything wrong with it, except that it is a little pricy. The staff did a very good job, were very courteous, and answered all my questions. The food was excellent. It's the best food I ever had. They give you a menu, and if I want an extra cranberry juice, no problem, they'll just bring it to me. It was in excellent condition. Everything was almost perfect. I couldn't find anything wrong with it.

It was great. It was the first place I went to see, but it was not assisted living -- only independent living. They were really fantastic, and the people were very friendly. They had everything, including a pool. The rooms were nice but not that big.
