We had Personal Touch for five weeks. The people I dealt with at the office were not professional at all. Of the aides that they sent out, one was very good, and we requested that she always come, but that didn't happen. One was actually verbally abusive to my mom. The other one was fair, but wanted to watch TV all day. Depending on who they sent, it was either OK or not very good. They billed for services rendered, but it was not as it should have been.
