Home health aide. They don't answer the phone. The home aide did not understand English. All she did was sleep and talk on the phone. They scheduled her without asking me if that would work with my schedule, which it did not I ended up canceling my doctors appointment for what? A home health aide to sleep here for a few hours.

They are the worst. I would not recommend anybody to this agency that preferred senior citizen in the house. All need to pay a home attendant to work another day because they’re not able to find one sometime. I am left in my house for 2 to 3 days with no home attendant every other week. They can’t find me a home attendant, and when they do, they arrive at my house at 3 o’clock. Today is done and the workers do not respect the patience. All the home attendant. Do not have manners and do not no have to talk to people. They need to get rid of all the workers and sought off new with people would experience well manned and know how to talk to the patients. One coordinator by the name of rose said to me if I call her again, he’s gonna block me. Is that the norm.

Look elsewhere. Anchor don't have enough staff to cover shifts. They call the day off and let you know you will not be getting any assistance today. The staff treats elderly with no respect. Both the office workers and the in-house staff have a lack of respect and yell at my mother. Who is weak and sick and needs the help from a person with moral. The workers eat my mother's food. Multiple Aids say they cannot do tasks like cut watermelon, cook an egg. They state they don't know how to. Some won't do things stating their back hurt. Gave this agency several times to fix this. but yelling and talking down to my mother is unexpectable. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY

They don’t come on time if they come at at all had crappy was rejected without explanation not organized an no communication between had two coordinators for one case one day had two home attendant the next couple days didn’t have none worse company

Anchor is the worst homecare agency. The Aides don't speak English. Come to your house don't know how to cook, or clean, speak English. Some even smell. They just suck up the money provided by the state My mother has gotten worst since I let them in my home Some Aides have smart mouths. This Agency is the worst. The Agency does not care. Your profile is sent out on a page and that's how the aide chooses the job.

I would NEVER refer this agency to ANYONE. They are very UNRELIABLE. My mom was supposed to get 28 hrs. a week for her care and they were only providing 20 hrs. a week. But YET they were getting paid for the 28 hrs. a week. The Home Health aid would try calling their office and no one would answer the phones. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
