I am a current cliet of Personal Touch and I am very pleased with aides i have during the week, The moment each of them step into my apartment they ask what would I like to have done today, and start working immediately. Check if I have taken my medication, ask if I had eatten breakfast and what was I going to do for lunch and dinner, and if I needed any help getting my afternoon and evening meals. After they finish their work for the day, we sit in the living room chatting and watch TV, keeping me company until it is time for them to leave. My case worker is really good at keeping in touch with me, informing me when one of my attendants will not be in that week, and woud I like a replacement, checking on me to see if my needs are being met, and to see if there is anything I need extra. I wuold recommend Personal Touch to anyone that needs assistance living at home,rather than haveing to go to a nursing home unless you need medical attention as well.

Personal Touch was such a disappointment to say the least. The level of competence of aids in this agency is sub-standard. We were hoping this agency would be a good fit given recommendation. However, from the begin it was a bad experience. From aids that barely do minimum that the job requires such as, cleaning or speaking to client, to some that were overtly rude. Doesn't feel like that training is there and compassionate people are there. Our experience with them was horrendous and we would not recommend this agency.
