My husband had a massive stroke in 2009. We needed 2 home health aides immediately. We were accommodated quickly and provided with the most caring, warm and personable aides for three years. My husband's long term care policy covered the cost for 3 years. Unfortunately that ended and we are doing the best we can. If there was a problem, someone would get back to me immediately and rectify the situation to our satisfaction. The owner of A-1 looked over our case as if it were her family member in need. They sent a gentleman who was so engaging with my husband as he worked diligently with him. He even accompanied my husband to the gym to make sure he had a light workout. This improved his physical condition and his mental attitude. I would recommend A-1 for anyone who needs reliable, hard working and caring home health care. The name A-1 stands by it's reputation.

A close friend, who is a nurse, had recommended me to call A-1 HEALTHCARE. When I first called and spoke with the Agency, there was nothing but compassion and understanding of my situation. My dad is 93 and has dementia, diabetes, and gall stones. The situations can become extremely trying for my mom and family. They placed a WONDERFUL aide who works 11 days on and then 3 days off. My mom misses her during those 3 days. Though we have another aide who is also good, my mom has come to love our primary aide because she is with us most of the time. I consider her part of the family. This aide is like a hospice aide but is really not labeled as such. She provides the support for the whole family. I feel like I can sleep a little easier at night. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Lynn & Carol. They have worked with me numerous times, thru trying situations! They are not out for your money but are truly compassionate about helping the patient and their family. Many times people hear me talk and are very impressed with my positive experiences which they have not encountered. I freely give them the name of the agency. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation towards anyone involved with the care of my dad! THANK-YOU LYNN & CAROL AND YOUR AIDES WHO CARE FOR MY DAD!!!!!!!!...THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!!

We hired A1 Home Care to come and evaluate care for our parents. The nurse they sent was beyond what we expected. She brought with her so much experience, insight, warmth, and professionalism.

I want to inform families that home health aide that come to our home are to assist our ailing love one back on their feet. They are not the maid to clean up our love one home that our job. I get along with every aide that came to assist my sister back to recovery. I understand their duties are to make sure my sister get health care that was giving to her while she was hospitalized and not to do my house hold job . They do not get paid for that.

I am a client of A1 Health Care agency, I am a victim of intractable pain due to herniated discs, spinal stenosis and an aggravated psiatic nerve.
