I don't like The Silvercrest Center For Nursing And Rehabilitation. I don't like the location and the building. It didn't seem safe, and it wasn't clean. The staff was very attentive, though. She gave us a tour. This structure was old. There was a smell of people not being changed, and this was in the middle of the day, and they knew we were coming. They had private rooms, and other rooms that may have two or three residents in them. They were small, and they weren't patient-friendly.
