Everything worked out well with Elder Home Care. They were very accommodating and the aide was very nice. They brought two aides and mom chose the one she felt most comfortable with. Everything went as planned. We used them for a week and a half, four hours, four days a week. She needed assistance with showering, bringing her meals to her, light housework, some light meal preparation, and supervision to ensure safety. Management was accommodating and things fell into place as we discussed. They followed through well, and the price was reasonable.

We hired Elder Home Care to take care of our disabled aunt. The aides were courteous, on time, and very attentive to her needs. The agency has been very helpful in finding the right people for her, whereas other agencies have failed us. My grandmother has been receiving care from Elder Care for about a month now, and last week was the first time that I was in the home while she was being serviced. My grandmother had said that she was happy with the services but I took her opinion at face value since she is typically not a fussy woman. To say that I was more than happy with what I saw is an understatement. Not only was her aide 100% capable with the tasks required, she treated my grandmother with respect and provided companionship. The aide called corporate while I was there to inform them of a day that she would need to take off in the future and their response time was immediate. Not even one hour later did my grandmother receive a call back with a replacement for the scheduled assignment. They even went so far as to confirm with me that arrangements have been made to ensure my grandmother was taken care of. I’ve never interacted with them as my mother is the main point of contact, but I was very impressed with their thoroughness and am confident in the safety and well being of my grandmother having experienced a day seeing the services that she receives.

My grandmother is a current patient with Elder Home Care. She need assistance with her daily living tasks. Assistance showering and dressing, Meal Prep, Medication reminders, housekeeping and socialization. The caregiver that is assigned to us is a very helpful and my grandmother feels very comfortable with her. The agency is always accessible even after hours for any questions or concerns that may come up. I would highly recommend Elder Home Care.

My husband and I hired another agency prior to Elder Home Care that was terrible. The aides wouldn't arrive on time or not at all. They put such a hardship on our family due to missing work or being late. When we called the agency, we were left on hold for anywhere from 5 minutes to a half hour! When the coordinator finally picked up the phone, they were insensitive to our situation. Replacements where hardly ever sent, we got the bottom of the barrel when they did send someone. We finally decided to leave the agency and through referral from a friend who used them for their father, we reached out to Elder Home Care. Guess what, they answered the phone promptly and I actually felt like they cared about the care for my mother in law. The nurse came out right away and she was wonderful, very professional. The aide Sadie they assigned was on time and we got a sense that we got someone who really cares about her patients. We couldn't be happier with Elder Home Care. I would recommend them to anyone in need of homecare. Thank you Elder Home Care for bringing peace back into our lives.
