"My mom is in Ludlowe Center for Health and Rehabilitation for rehab. It's a very nice facility. It's very clean. The staff is very attentive, and they're very helpful. It's not your typical nursing home. It's a lot nicer than that. It's more homey. My mother seems to be OK with the food. She's in physical therapy every day. I'm not here when they do that, but they're trying to get her up, moving, walking, and stuff. Her room is very nice. It's clean, and it doesn't look like a hospital room or anything."

"I came to Dry Harbor to undergo rehabilitation after leg surgery. My first impression was that they are very careful about Covid. Though vaccinated, I was tested nonetheless for Covid upon my arrival. Masks are mandatory. For visitors too. Visitors are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes in isolated areas away from other patients. Staff is tested for Covid twice a week. The facility is clean. The food is very good, kosher and nutritionally balanced. The staff is attentive and helpful. Many of them have been employed here for many years. It is a tribute to the management who apparently treat their employees fairly. Best of all, whereas I could hardly stand upon my arrival, 5 weeks later, upon leaving, I can stand and walk (not normally yet) thanks to their physical therapy and occupational therapy staff. For all these reasons, Dry Harbor gets 5 stars out of 5."

"My aunt has been in Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I found both times that they were quite attentive. With COVID now, they made a different set of rules for everything, so you won't get the kind of attention that you originally did. But I would recommend Carillion because the staff was great and the care was good. It was well-staffed and they were very kind. I thought that the staff was well-informed and transparent. The food was just alright, she didn't like the food too much because it wasn't her usual diet. It was very clean and accessible, it was easy to move around the hallways, and the rooms were big. They're not overly-expensive but it's not cheap either; what you ask for is just what you pay for."

"The staff at White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seems to be friendly and pleasant. The first fourteen days after he moved from the hospital into the facility, my father was quarantined. Even though my dad was negative, they still had a quarantine. It was very limited, and I was only able to see him and say hello through the window. After the initial evaluation and diagnosis, they said they would call me in about three weeks to let me know, so they didn't really give me much of the information that they collected during the first two weeks. We talked with people and a doctor, and they all talked about their game plan and that he would be reevaluated in three weeks. Other than that, I don't get daily updates. If I call and ask the social worker to call me back because I have a concern, she always calls me back within twenty-four hours. She tries to answer my questions as best she can. His room has a television, a bed, and a bathroom -- nothing extraordinary, but definitely clean. They clean them all the time, and they were nice. Some of the food he likes, and some of it he doesn't like. Right now, the only activity that he's been doing is rehabilitation. He has occupational therapy and physical therapy."

"My husband is in rehab right now at Excel at Woodbury for Rehabilitation and Nursing. The therapy is excellent. The aides are not so great. They don't have enough personnel, but the nurses are nice. The food is not tasty. The size of the room is adequate. It's a friendly environment."

"My mom has moved into Cold Spring Hills Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. She is there for long-term skilled nursing care. It's very nice and very professional. The staff are very thorough. They communicate well; I hear from them regularly. They were all very professional. They have a rehab facility, and they have skilled nursing. The social worker that I'm dealing with now is very good and very nice. I like the location. It's convenient for our family. Everybody is very helpful and professional. They communicate well about my mom's care."

"This place is beautiful and they have the most kind and caring admissions team. They went above and beyond to get my mother in and they still follow up, visit, say hello just because. The nursing staff on the weekend is not the greatest but compared to other places this is like a 4 star hotel. I would put my mother here again for sure. The rooms are huge. "
