I think the lady that owns Ihcs Residential is great. She's very in tune with her caregivers that she has there on staff. I think the caregivers are very in tune with the patients. My father's experience there has been tremendous. I know they get to watch San Antonio Spurs play in the play-outs. They have card games and bingo. I know they interact with my father quite a bit. His room is clean and decent. They're up to date. I have been so thankful I ran into this place. I just think it's a great place. My father is very happy there. I can go and see him whenever I want to. I know he's being taken care of. I've never smelled him smelling bad like I have at other places. They keep him clean. They keep the room clean. They do the laundry. They feed them well. He's happy, and I'm happy.
