I tried to stop by and talk to someone there in the leasing office. The woman in the leasing office saw me waiting to talk to her yet never bothered to get off the phone for over 25 minutes to tell me she would see me after her phone conversation. I left. Then I called recently to ask about availability there and whoever answered was rude and condescending. Those two incidents assured me they didn’t care enough to see me as a potential resident there.

Evergreen at Vista Ridge Senior Living was a nice and clean place. The one-bedrooms were very small though. You don't have a dining room in there. The staff were OK. They were going through a transition and the lady I talked to wasn't rude, but she was very busy and didn't have time to talk that much. Other than that, it was fine. The amenities were OK. They had a garage where you could park your car in and a carport that you could get. They also had a swimming pool and activities.

The people who showed me around Evergreen at Vista Ridge Senior Living were very good. There was a pool, a library, a dining room, and a common area. The place was nice and very clean.

Evergreen at Vista Ridge was very nice and pretty, except I could not tour the apartment. They did not have one available, but as far as the front desk, they were great. The staff was very nice; the cleanliness was great. The location is great; my son lives right down the road, so not far from him at all.
