"I toured Signature Pointe. They have very nice and courteous employees there. The people that live there are very nice and friendly. The whole environment looked very clean and very nice. The apartments were nice and clean. They had a lot of space. They always had something going on which was good. I enjoyed that. They have a nice lake outside. You can see the ducks and all that, so it's very, very nice."

"We have chosen Iris Memory Care for my uncle because they specialize in Alzheimer's and dementia. They have been attentive to his needs and follow all Covid regulations. He seems to be very happy there. He enjoys the food. He is eating and he is actually gaining weight. They have various activities, too. The thing that I like is that they encourage him to come out of his room and participate. The facility is very clean and the rooms are nice sized."

"I live out of state and visited Cross Timbers recently to see my aunt. The staff didn't know I was coming and so what I encountered was the norm, not a result of special preparation. I was so pleased! Everything was very clean (no smell!) and my aunt was dressed nicely, cleaned up and cared for. She has severe dementia, is nonverbal, and wheelchair bound. I was struck by the kindness of the staff - everyone knew my aunt and the details of her life. I was so pleased and would recommend Cross Timbers highly to anyone considering placing a family member there. "

"On behalf of my mother I would like to thank the staff at Rambling Oaks for treating my mom like a human being and with the upmost respect. We transferred her from another facility that was not doing that. The first. moment I walked in I was greeted as a person. The love and care given to my mom for the final months of her life were simply God Loving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being good to her all of the time. xoxo"

Our approach to therapy is truly state-of-the-art, and we provide the finest in therapists, equipment and services. Our therapy room is large and clean, well-lit and welcoming. We’ll design a therapy program that is tailored to get you up, around, and functioning at the highest level possible. It’s our goal to get you back in the swing of things, and we employ a variety of high-tech and (good old-fashioned) hands-on therapeutic approaches that we believe will work wonders for you!The therapy staff is part of the “bricks and mortar” of Lake Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, and our therapists take pride in the performance of the therapy department as well as the entire facility. We understand each patient has unique and special needs, so our in-house therapy program is completely customizable to meet them. This is a collaborative effort among our team members, who work with your physician to create a unique vision and treatment plan for you. We can even provide specialized equipment to aid in your treatment. We have a full-time in-house therapy team – not outside contractors or agencies – so our patients get to know their therapists, and vice-versa. Having the same therapy team working with you every day is a big plus, and we always seek to achieve just the right “match” between patient and therapist, for optimal results and comfort.

"My mom stayed at Woodridge Nursing & Rehabilitation for 20 days for rehab. I really liked the facility and felt she was safe. The staff communicated with me daily on her abilities and let me know day to day on their observations of her physical and mental well-being. She was in a very clean, private room. Their shared rooms are the typical hospital setting with a bed, TVs, and necessities for a senior in that situation. It was cleaner than most. "

"My mother was a resident at Grapevine Medical Lodge for about four months. GML provided around the clock nursing care and a hospice company provided hospice care. One of the first things I noticed was that the staff at GML dressed mom in clean clothes every day and they encouraged her to get up, visit with other residents, go outside and participate in activities. Mom's room was spacious, clean and she had a nice large window. The staff all knew my mother and would speak very well of her whenever I visited. I was pleased with the care mom received at Grapevine Medical Lodge. No place is perfect, but the attention and nursing care Mom received was better than I could have given her at home, and I don't believe anywhere else would have done a better job treating her with kindness, gentleness and respect. Her regular CNA, Johnny was a favorite as he was always willing to help me and her with anything she needed. "

"My mom had a seizure and had to stay at Sandy Lake rehab for 3 weeks. She had a good experience. The nursing staff did amazing with my mom. They went above and beyond. The lady who does activities with the residence was also amazing. She encouraged participation and would go help residence get down for bingo etc. I was very thankful for their care. I do wish we saw the doctors more often and that the food was a little better. However the doctors had good communication with me throughout her stay and the cafeteria ladies were wonderful. The rooms were private and I appreciated that. I wish the community would donate supplies for the bingo winners etc. I hope this review helps. We are local coppell residence. "

"I read the reviews before we came here. I am very happy with the care here. Right after getting here we saw the tv didn’t work. They replaced it the next day. Someone saw the potty had a crack in it. They replaced the whole potty without us telling them about it. They are taking care of my husband well making sure he gets his meds on time every time. Parkinson’s meds on time are vital. He loves the food! The chef is good at cooking meals with flavor. My husband is eating better here than at home. I visit a couple of hours each day."

"From the moment my brother and I stepped foot into Denton Rehab and Nursing Services, we felt at peace. The facility looked and smelled clean, had friendly staff members, and felt like home. Oakley gave us a tour, answered our questions, and helped us with the admission process. We knew that our father would be well-cared for as he received therapy to improve his overall health. He was excited and so were we. Cyrus (his nurse) made him immediately feel comfortable. Tiffany (the evening supervisor) worked with us so they could best help my father. When my father's health took a turn due to his cancer, the staff members were informative, empathetic, and truly took care of our family in addition to our father. The Assistant Director of Nurses, Kim, helped us to understand what was happening with him, and stayed by our side throughout his last two days caring for him, holding our hands, and crying with us. Sharon (daytime nurse) and Cyrus (evening nurse) kept my father comfortable and attended to his needs. Our family felt supported and at peace. Words do not adequately express the care we received at Denton Rehab and Nursing Services. Five stars does not seem like enough."

"My dad is in Brookhaven Nursing. They have great management staff and they are very coordinated. They have great activities like bingo, cards, dominoes, Sudoku and physical therapy. They had a variety of games and activities. They have movie days and gardening. It is better than the other places that I have seen. My grandfather actually liked it when he took the tour with us. I have tried the food and it is very delicious. They have two people in the room and they have a private room. They have large screen TV with basic cable, nice chairs, you can bring in fixtures and their belongings. They have a closet and dresser. The bathroom space is nice. They clean the area very nicely and they come clean the room. I will recommend them to others. "

"My wife has been at Remarkable Healthcare. She was there in February, and she has just come out. She seems to improve by the day. They do have the ongoing living system there as well. I think it’s very difficult to describe the staff because everybody is different. If you had a line up of 20 people, you’d find probably 19 different characters. As far as appearance, it’s very good; I think it’s only about 40 months old. It’s very modern and very newish. You have a physical therapist there, and you have like a gymnasium for exercise; plus, you have medical care. "

"They took care of my great-grandma and great-grandpa for several years. They had lots of activities for the residents to do and enjoy. They were always warm with everybody and welcomed family members. Very personal and caring staff. When my grandma told me she was putting my great-grandparents in a nursing home, I was hesitant, but this is an exception. I see absolutely no flaws at this place. Residents have a nice place to go to outdoors to enjoy, if they wish to. The door has a password so that the residents that are more in need do not escape and run out. The food in the nursing home is also surprisingly good. They also take the residents out to places on the bus a lot. All religions are respected at the nursing home. Again, a very friendly, personal, warm staff. The activities director, Paulette, is very sweet. I highly recommend this place! They will treat your loved ones with care. "
