My mom stayed at Woodridge Nursing & Rehabilitation for 20 days for rehab. I really liked the facility and felt she was safe. The staff communicated with me daily on her abilities and let me know day to day on their observations of her physical and mental well-being. She was in a very clean, private room. Their shared rooms are the typical hospital setting with a bed, TVs, and necessities for a senior in that situation. It was cleaner than most.

This facility was under staffed. Some of the staff were too rough with the residents but most of them did their jobs well. There was a frequent shortage of materials and required equipment. The facility smelled like urine and feces most of the time and many of the residents were ignored by the staff.
