"My mother-in-law has moved into Rowlett Health and Rehabilitation Center. They're good, and the nurses seem attentive to her when she needs something. Everything else seems fine, clean, and organized. They're friendly people. Her room is adequately spaced, but we're a big family, so we didn't all fit in there when we visited. It looks well lit. We're content with the care she's been receiving. They communicate very well with us."

"My mom has been at Royse City Health and Rehab for about 2 years now...I absolutely love this facility...My mom first went there with the beginning stages of dementia...She is now in the final stages...The entire staff is so caring and helpful..I have never had a problem being updated on her care by her nurses..They go above and beyond regarding the care for the residents... This facility is very clean and updated. .The financial office has always been there for me to make sure her Medicaid is up to date and helps me if any problems arise..She is now going through the final stages with Hospice there and I can honestly say this facility has given my mother the best care and I am so thankful for them."

"A building is just a building, what makes a place great is the staff, and founders plaza has a great, caring staff. I said I would never put my husband in a nursing home, but after taking care of my husband for four years and him losing his voice, he can no longer walk I had to eat crow and do something. Thank God I found Founders Plaza in Wylie. The food is good. The place is clean and the staff is wonderful. If you have the hard decision to put a loved one in a nursing home founders should be your choice, you will have no regrets with founders plaza wylie."

"My mom is at Pleasant Valley Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, and it's been very good. They're very professional, the place is clean, and the people are very caring. She's in skilled nursing and has a clean, big room. They come in and check on her. It's just been a good experience. The food has been good, and she's been eating in her room. The staff is very caring, passionate, and very professional and takes care of her very well."

"My father is in the Advanced Health & Rehab Center of Garland. The facility is really good and he is very happy there. The dinners are good. It's a good place, and I like it. It's wonderful. The administration was very good and very helpful. They never gave me the runaround. The staff is very helpful. He's doing rehab, and I felt comfortable with him being there. They have church service and he likes it. Even the cleaning crew there is phenomenal. I don't have anything negative to say about this facility. I would recommend someone there for their parents because I'm very satisfied with the facility and my father is also."

"My friend is at Ridgecrest Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. They provide rehab, medication, housing, laundry, food, and care. Their staff seems pretty friendly. They are attentive. I've been there, and he's been sitting with a nurse to keep him talking and engaged a little bit so he gets comfortable with his surroundings. The living accommodations are satisfactory. Whenever I've gone there, the floor is clean. There's nothing just hanging around and nobody just loitering around. Everybody's busy doing something on their way to care for a patient and/or transferring a patient to and from either the meal hall or therapy."

"I went to Senior Care Beltline. Parking was bad. It was warm and family-friendly there, but the place is small. I can't see myself and my whole family sitting in there when they visit. The staff members were pretty friendly. The building didn't have any funny smell to it. It was nice and clean. Everything looked in order."

"I am a resident of Christian Care Communities & Services - Mesquite. It's very nice, and it has several levels of living. I am in an apartment in one of the cottages, so it's almost like a house. The people here are very helpful. They offer all kinds of activities. They also offer dining that I can have if I want it. I don't have to take it and prefer not to because I don't eat three full meals a day. The upkeep was good. They attend to problems as you call their attention. The staff is mostly very helpful, but sometimes it's hard to catch them. I have tried their food, and it's extremely good."

"My mom and dad were both at Garnet Hill, so I'm really quite familiar with it. Also, my brother was actually in Garnet Hill back in the fall, so I was up there recently. It's very clean, and very nice, and all the staff are very pleasant. It doesn't smell, and they seem to keep it really clean. I have no complaints about it. It's hard to give anybody a five, but we were very pleased there with the food and the care. Most of the staff members were good, but some weren't, but their food was quite good."
