Sunny Ridge Apartments were really nice and very clean. The maintenance was really good. The showers in the bathroom were set up in a way where if you were in a wheelchair, you could get in the shower in your chair, and every single floor had a little front yard where you could plant flowers. So, you just swing out there and do whatever you want to do, and the people were just really sweet, very nice, very helpful, and very polite. I went there several times and every time I've seen them, the place was immaculate. It's also gated. I talked to several residents and they said nothing but good things about them. So, that was another thing. The location is convenient for shopping and churches. There is a hospital and also doctors' offices close by. Since these were independent little cottages, you can cook your own food and everything.

I live in Sunny Ridge Apartments. I love it, they’re good people with good maintenance and lots of area. The staff was accommodating. It’s kind of secluded, really peaceful, quiet, and it has a lot of trees. The parking is convenient. It's also convenient to get your meal and they have different things going on. They have bingo night, movie night, little luncheons, and today, they’re going to have a garage sale. You pay your rent, they have maintenance, and they pick up your trash twice a week. If you like the peace and quiet this could be a place to move to. No one bothers you and there are no solicitors.

I feel safer here at Sunny Ridge. The staff are really nice. I like the facility. The apartment is a one bedroom, one bath. It's gated and it's right across the street from where I was living. I'm happy here. For me they could have more visitors' parking. They have different activities like we go out to eat, play arts, and we have exercises. They also have entertainment come in once in a while.
