Avenida Watermarq at Germantown

I'm at Avenida Watermarq at Germantown. It's 55 and older adult living. I like the security. The staff is courteous and helpful. I cook my own meals. It's clean. The structure is OK. They send us a monthly list of different classes, fitness classes, and games. They have a lot of different activities. I have a one-bedroom regular-sized apartment.

My tour of Avenida Watermarq at Germantown was wonderful. I looked at all the apartments that they had available, and they were all very lovely. They have quite a few amenities there. They have an art class, a pool, and a workout room, which is great. They had an activity that particular day that I was there. It was like music dancing. They had some food and wine, and they called it Wine Down Wednesdays. They had a theme which was Jungle Boogie. They had a lot of active seniors out there dancing. They were having a blast, and it was lively. They looked happy. So that pretty well made my mind up right there. If those 80-plus-year-old people were that active and were moving with the grace of somebody in their 40s, that means that they are following a very good program to keep them healthy and fit like that. The staff members are very nice. I like Linda the most. She's the sales consultant, and she's very personable and very reachable. She and I hit off very well because we had a lot in common. She's very perky, and I immediately loved her. I'll be getting a two-bedroom apartment. They have two-bedrooms and one-bedrooms. They have probably about five plans per bedroom unit, so they have a wide variety of floor plans. I was impressed. And there was another little girl. Her name is Victoria and she's actually in charge of the activities. She is the perkiest little thing. She is very lively, and she keeps those seniors lively.

I have moved into Avenida Watermarq at Germantown. I like that it's a fairly new facility and everybody's kind, I've had no problem. They have different programs going on here at all times for the community like yoga classes and occasional parties for different occasions. The apartment has plenty of room and the facility is excellent. I'm happy here.
