"My mother was in rehab at Signature HealthCARE of Primacy for six weeks. Everybody was very nice and very accommodating. I didn't have any issues with anything. She was taken care of. They always kept me informed on what's going on, her treatments or medications, and even her activities. She was in a semi-private room. It had two living areas, two TVs, two dressers, and two closets. They kept it clean and sanitized. They were strict about COVID restrictions and masks. Her insurance and Medicare took care of everything. They took her to doctors' appointments. I would recommend that facility."

"Everyone was extremely nice at Grace Healthcare of Cordova. The facility is very nice. They had very nice employees, friendly employees, and everybody there seems to be equally professional. They've been around for a long time. They have a salon and someone comes in for that, and they have therapy. It was well kept up when I visited. The rooms are nice sizes, some are standard, and if you want more room, you can get a bigger room to have the patient. I can't place my aunt there because they're near train tracks. They're also near Baptist East, Baptist Minor, and all those facilities."

"My mother is in the Applingwood Health Care Center. I like the fact that they are very conscientious about who comes in and who comes out, they are using the COVID restrictions to the best of their ability. They have the monitor type of visitations where you come in and they only have to visit one area, so you don't go through a facility, so that way nobody won't be contracting anything and bringing it back to others. So I like it. And they are very attentive to their residents. They are very active with the residents and know what's going on with them and know each one of them. So I like it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The community layout is nice. I mean, it is all staggering, if I can say it is like three different facilities on the same parking lot and they all have their whole parking area. So it's very easy to find. The atmosphere is good, you would think you're home away from home. They have where they can get their nails done, get their hair done, they have crocheting and they can do their painting or art. So I love it. Arts and crafts, I mean, they have everything, movies, it's like in another world."

"I had a hard time finding a nursing home that I liked for my Father - Signature Heathcare Dovecrest was his third nursing home. I wish it would of been the first place because this nursing home was amazing! They have people that work there that really care. They aren't there to just get a paycheck. When you go online to try to find a nursing home - people always write all the negative things about them. So - I thought I'd take some time to actually write about this place so it could help someone that was looking for a nice place. The nurses and social worker was wonderful. My Dad would tell me when I would go visit him that they treat him like a King. It made me feel good knowing that my Dad was happy and well taken care of. I can not say one negative thing about this place. "

"I was very dissatisfied with Bright Glade Convalescent Center. Before I spoke to these people yesterday, they assured us that my brother was not nursing home material nor was he a memory care material. So I was under the pretense that it was assisted living and that's where they were sending me to there. And it was horrible. The people that were in the room, they're nursing and they're in beds. I was very disappointed in the staff, too. They sent me to the office, which allowed me to look into the rooms. This was like 10 in the morning, and everybody was still in their beds. I felt like they should all be up and moving around, which my brother would have been. The receiving area is like a banquet room and next to it is where you eat your dinner. I taught school for 40 years, and the dining area looked like a cafeteria with long tables and tablecloths on it. Overall, it was weird because the first time I went there, they were more than happy to accommodate me, and then by Monday, it was all different. And the staff didn't call me back. They need to improve on communication."

"The placement needs of most of the residents are more demanding. I see the needs of some patients are very hard to meet. I like how the staff strives to give the care they would like their own family to have. "

"I couldn't have asked for a better facility for my Mom. They treated her like she was one of their own. The food was always hot and delicious and Mom ate every last bite. There wasn't a day that I didn't visite that when I walked in and walked down the hall it smelled and was so clean. And every time I visited, Mr. Anderson would always make sure everything was up to my Mom and my standards. If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! "

"Ave Maria has an outstanding reputation here in the Memphis area, and it's been around a long time and it deserves its outstanding reputation. It's a lovely community. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious. The cleanliness and structure of the building is wonderful. Although it was an older structure, it was in very good condition. The atmosphere was cheerful. The sizes of the rooms were perfect, just the right size."

"My husband was bedridden when he went to the Highlands, and they help him with his physical and occupational therapy. The room is nice and clean. They have some activities every day. They have bingo, movie nights, and picnics. The food is good, and they try to accommodate his taste. The dining area was nice with tables, chairs, and a piano. It is so light and a spacious place. It is secure with a code, and the code is changed every month. It is a nice place for me. "

"If you love your parents, don't send them to Allen Morgan. The independent living is great as well as assisted, but don't expect the level of care at Allen Morgan. Please look at the reviews and the same issues have been occurring year after year and administration does nothing. We decided to leave after 6 months since our issues weren't addressed. CNAs who were constantly on their phones and even sleeping. There are more assisted living facilities to chose from so why settle for less for people you love?"

"My mother was at The King's Daughters and Sons several years ago. We really liked that facility. We now have the opportunity to choose that, so that's the one I chose. She was familiar with it. She is in rehab right now. The staff is very dedicated and helpful. They have quite a few activities. They have bingo. They have all kinds of things for the residents there. The facility is quite beautiful. It's very well-kept and very clean."

"There are too many problems too count in this nursing home; I wouldn't even know where to start. Suffice it to say that it has a one-star rating by Medicare/Medicaid for a reason. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There are many employees there that should be fired. Patients who cannot feed themselves are not getting fed, or to be fair, not much effort is being made to feed them. Patients who are bedridden are getting bedsores because they are not being turned enough. Some of the staff is pleasant but many of them are just there for a paycheck and can't wait to clock out. Please think long and hard before you put a loved one in Ashton Place! "

"The staff takes great care of my uncle compared to other facilities he has been in. He is always clean and well taken care of. The staff is very helpful and address all concerns promptly. They go on field trips."
