"I was in Signature HealthCARE of Primacy for 18 months. They're very good. The staff members were very nice, very friendly, and easy to get along with. My room was kept very clean. Food was good. They had everything you could want to do."

"I am a resident at Grace Healthcare of Cordova. I love Grace! I have been here twice not because of the location but because, of the care. I live way in Arkansas. The people here take out the time to get to know you personally and they make you feel like family. Angel ( Social Worker) always visited me just about everyday and went to the store to get clothing. Erica ( Nurse) was nice too. And can't forget Bernadette (nurse). Therapy is the greatest. They have me stronger than I have ever been. I will recommend this facility to anyone. They will get you up and back home stronger than before. Thanks Grace! Emmett Burt"

"My grandmother has been in Applingwood HCC. She seems to be happy there. She has somebody who takes care of her there. It looks nice; it looks good to me. The staff seems to be nice. The rooms are pretty nice; however, they don't provide television, and you have to bring your own TV. My grandmother says the food is good. She likes it there. "

"Mom came to Signature Health of Memphis for skilled nursing and was able to acquire a long term bed. The staff have been amazing to mom and us as well. Mom enjoys the food and loves to visit with her new neighbors! It’s an older facility but they keep it very clean. The physical, speech and occupational therapists are very compassionate. The nursing staff are kind and patient! And every assistant and housekeeping employee that we have had contact with, have been very friendly and helpful! It was a hard decision to put mom in a facility, but I am thankful we chose Signature Memphis! "

"I was very dissatisfied with Bright Glade Convalescent Center. Before I spoke to these people yesterday, they assured us that my brother was not nursing home material nor was he a memory care material. So I was under the pretense that it was assisted living and that's where they were sending me to there. And it was horrible. The people that were in the room, they're nursing and they're in beds. I was very disappointed in the staff, too. They sent me to the office, which allowed me to look into the rooms. This was like 10 in the morning, and everybody was still in their beds. I felt like they should all be up and moving around, which my brother would have been. The receiving area is like a banquet room and next to it is where you eat your dinner. I taught school for 40 years, and the dining area looked like a cafeteria with long tables and tablecloths on it. Overall, it was weird because the first time I went there, they were more than happy to accommodate me, and then by Monday, it was all different. And the staff didn't call me back. They need to improve on communication."

"The placement needs of most of the residents are more demanding. I see the needs of some patients are very hard to meet. I like how the staff strives to give the care they would like their own family to have. "

"Very nice facility! My grandma was there for a short stay about 21 days! She was on the second hall, everyone was kind and friendly! The nurses were very knowledgeable and seemed to be genuinely concerned with the overall health of my grandma! They called with updates and any changes in her care! The manager came and checked on us daily and always had a smile one her face! Her room was small but it had all of the necessary items she needed during her stay. They had multiple activities daily and she was able to go to quite a few! The only downside was the food! My grandma said it could’ve been better but overall we were pleased with her stay!"

"My husband was bedridden when he went to the Highlands, and they help him with his physical and occupational therapy. The room is nice and clean. They have some activities every day. They have bingo, movie nights, and picnics. The food is good, and they try to accommodate his taste. The dining area was nice with tables, chairs, and a piano. It is so light and a spacious place. It is secure with a code, and the code is changed every month. It is a nice place for me. "

"If you love your parents, don't send them to Allen Morgan. The independent living is great as well as assisted, but don't expect the level of care at Allen Morgan. Please look at the reviews and the same issues have been occurring year after year and administration does nothing. We decided to leave after 6 months since our issues weren't addressed. CNAs who were constantly on their phones and even sleeping. There are more assisted living facilities to chose from so why settle for less for people you love?"

"I am very pleased with the care my sister receives at Kings Daughters and Son. The facility is clean, airy,and odor free. The staff is concerned and responsive. My sister receives good holistic care. "

"There are too many problems too count in this nursing home; I wouldn't even know where to start. Suffice it to say that it has a one-star rating by Medicare/Medicaid for a reason. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this facility to anyone. There are many employees there that should be fired. Patients who cannot feed themselves are not getting fed, or to be fair, not much effort is being made to feed them. Patients who are bedridden are getting bedsores because they are not being turned enough. Some of the staff is pleasant but many of them are just there for a paycheck and can't wait to clock out. Please think long and hard before you put a loved one in Ashton Place! "

"I was very concerned about putting my mom in this nursing home. I was worried about her well being. The staff Has made my mom feel very comfortable being there. They assured me they would treat her as family. They keeps her room clean and let her think she's running things. The young lady that is in charge by the name of Ursler makes sure you and your love one is at ease. Loving person. They have lots of activities they can engage in. They take them out to eat. They entertain them with live singing and bands. The staff is very friendly. "
