I love the ambience of Heritage at Irene Woods. You go in and you feel very relaxed. The atmosphere was very warm. Everybody was friendly. I enjoyed the tour, the staff, and the amenities they presented they have for the people. Everything was great. The room was like a blank slate. I'm a colorful person, so the rooms were sterile compared to what I have in my home. Their natural color scheme is a little bit too white for me. Other than that, it was great. I got a turkey avocado burger with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. The prices are very comparable to other senior living.

Heritage at Irene Woods was clean, nice, and very presentable. The rooms could have been a little bit larger than they were, but it was OK. The staff was nice and helpful. They have games and they exercise. It was just too expensive for us.

I liked Heritage at Irene Woods. I like the building and everything. The apartment was nice. I would have everything that I needed there. They were just too expensive for one thing and I couldn't afford that. They have a TV room, a game room, and a church. The staff was great. Cleanliness was also great. You can tell if they're clean because they come and clean your room twice a week or twice a month.

Heritage at Irene Woods was clean and bright. We got to try their food and it was wonderful. The lady that showed us around was wonderful, too. They have a library and a movie theater. The staff was good. They went over and above. They have longevity there which I liked. The lady that had been serving us our food the whole time was her daughter.

We went to look at Heritage at Irene Woods. Everything is in one building. The staff members are incredible. The food is excellent. The care is outstanding. They have several activities, like bridge games, a walking club, music every Friday, bingo, and trivia nights. They have nice sized rooms and apartments.

We moved into Heritage at Irene Woods. The apartment is nice, and we like it. The staff and the other tenants we've met are really friendly, nice, and helpful. We have a full kitchen. If we choose not to cook, we can eat in the dining room. The food is delicious. It's not cafeteria food and not pre-cooked. It's very well-kept. They have Bible study, bingo, game night, and movie night twice a week. Every first Tuesday of the month, they take those people that sign up to Walmart. Every second Tuesday is Kroger, every third Tuesday is Target, and every fourth Tuesday is the resident's choice. They will put us on a bus and take us to the store. We get our groceries, shop, or whatever we're going to do, and they bring us home. Our apartment is an open floor plan as far as the dining room, living room, and kitchen. It's a two-bedroom and two-bath apartment. It's got a very nice entry hallway and tons of closet space. The price to live here is a little high, but it evens out given the amenities that go with it.

Heritage at Irene Woods had a lot of amenities. It was like a gold standard. It feels like you're at a nice hotel and then the people that I've met were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Jill was one of them and she was very nice. When I walked in, there was a welcome sign for me. So, that kind of caught my attention and stood out to me right away. It's a nice place. If you're coming to visit a resident, you can go into their little bistro area and order pretty much anything you want. They also have a movie theater, a game room, and an art room. On the day I visited, they were having a paint and sip activity where people were going to be painting and some would be drinking iced tea or wine. I saw a barbershop and beauty shop, too, someone was working in a gym, and there's this certain quiet room that you can meditate in that had nice lighting, fragrances, and different seats that looked to be comfortable. There was a lot to do there.

I went to Heritage at Irene Woods. Jill was our tour director, she was very friendly, she introduced me to both staff and residents by name, she said they check on the residents every day. She obviously knew her residents, I met the chef, and I did eat there; the food was very good. They had a bistro as well as a dining room. To me, it can meet every need the residents can possibly have, if they wanna eat light, if they wanna take their food to the room, if they wanna eat in the dining room and socialize. They had gardens, all of the inside rooms all face the gardens. The rooms were carpeted, a full kitchen, very clean. She took me to see three rooms. I was very, very pleased, the furnishings were lovely, the tour was complete, she showed me the exercise room, beauty parlor, and the craft room. They also have a bus that will take the residents to Walgreens, Kroger, and Walmart, to doctors if they make an appointment ahead of time. They have a doctor on staff that's there once a week, but they have nurses on staff all the time. The facilities are beautiful, it looks like a hotel. Any resident that's gonna be living there is not feeling like they're dumped off in an old folk's home. I was extremely pleased.

Of all the facilities we saw, Heritage at Irene Woods ended up by far being the best. For facilities, amenities, activities, and the pricing were all very good. The apartments in the assisted living area were really nice. They were better than all of the facilities we saw. They fed us there. The thing they had that others didn't have was that they have apartments for people coming to visit. If we're going down to Memphis to visit mom, we could actually stay there which was really nice. Then you can eat with them and really see what's going on. None of the other places even mentioned something like that.

My mother has been at Heritage at Irene Woods for about three years now. It's satisfactory. I have been pleased with the services and responses that I've had there. Their rooms are typical independent, then assisted and memory care rooms. The food was good for awhile, then it wasn't so good, and then it's back to good. In memory care, and of course with all this COVID stuff, they don't have much of anything, but they have a game room where they'll play games and they have an activities coordinator that leads them in exercises and games. There's a question and answer game. Well, they play a lot of games.

Heritage at Irene Woods was very nice. The staff was very nice and cordial, and they did a good job of showing me around. The only thing I didn't like was the location, but the facilities were very nice. They have a very nice dining area with very good food. All their amenities were fine, although I was looking for a swimming pool.

Heritage is so nice! My dad has been very happy with his place there since moving in 6 months ago. He has made so many new friends and enjoys the nice warm days within the community. He raves about the food and says that the staff has been so nice to him. He hasn't had many questions, but says they are helpful to others.

Heritage at Irene Woods fits my needs. It's in a right area of town, the location is very good, and the food is very good. They keep it very clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The people who live here are very happy. They have a beautiful outdoors, there are sidewalks completely around the building, and you can walk for exercise. The hallways inside the building are wide with handrails. They have a small theater, and on Saturdays we watch the Gators on video. They show movies regularly, and they have a place where people play cards and meet. They also have a family room where -- during the week -- they put jigsaw puzzles, and we like that. We have a physician who comes once a week to the facility. You sign up, and he comes to your apartment.

My mom has been at Heritage for almost two years. She’s happy, has friends, loves the food, and participates in many activities. I have to schedule when I visit because she is always out and about having fun! Heritage has been the best place for her and I couldn’t be happier that we made the move.

I want to go to Heritage at Irene Woods. It’s everything I wanted. It was a little closer to where my son lived, and it was close to church and to a lot of shopping. They had the 2-bedroom unit that I was looking for. The dining room was beautiful with white table cloths. We talked to the hostess there who seated the people. Everything seemed very nice and lovely, and the marketing person answered all my questions. I like them so much; I already put my deposit down.

Beautiful building! My aunt lives in assisted living and loves the staff and all the activities. She said the staff is like her family. Her apartment is beautiful and feels like home. We love that she can move to memory care in the same building if she ever needs it.

We had a nice tour at Heritage at Irene Wood, and it was really a nice place, but it was too far from us. The staff was very helpful.

My mother is going at Heritage At Irene Woods for respite. She hasn't gone in yet. When she goes in February, it will be for 10 days. The rooms were very nice. Their dining area was like open sitting, e.g. there were six people to a table. With regards to the staff, they were very nice people. They seemed to be very caring. They were very informative. They told us what to expect and what the social activities were. Heritage At Irene Woods is a new facility, so it was very pleasant.
