We have my mother-in-law in the Goldton of Southaven. She really loves living there and has made good friends with some of the other residents. This is my mother-in-law's second assisted living facility, and we are very happy so far with this one. We have eaten at the Goldton of Southaven with my mother-in-law, and the food is excellent. The room we chose for my mother in law is a one bedroom suite with the bedroom open to the living room area. She has a small, nice kitchen, and a nice size bathroom. I have found the Director and other staff to be exceptionally nice and accommodating.

The Goldton at Southaven was a wonderful place. It was clean. They had enough people to help out and assist the residents. The residents have plenty of activities to do. It was like a home away from home from what I gathered of it. They make sure they kept up-to-date with technology. For example, the room had Alexa in it, so that way if the person forgot things, they could ask Alexa. It could also help them out with their day-to-day routine. They had different programs for them to do throughout the day. They also offered therapy of all sorts. You didn't have to go searching very far to get them occupational or physical therapy. They also had a nurse practitioner come in. The staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me around and answered all of my questions. The place was pretty clean. I got to see some of the elderly when they were eating dinner and even my daughter came with me and she seemed to like the place. The only reason we did not come to that place is because we can't afford them. I didn't try their food, but they had a variety. I did go into the dining hall while they were eating and the people seemed pretty pleased. The rooms were very nice and modern and they had enough space. You could personalize the room and bring your own furniture. It was a nice-sized room. I saw the model room and one of the patients' rooms open as I was going through it, and they were both nice.

I toured The Goldton at Southaven. It was very clean in the lobby area as you went in. It was a pleasant place. The staff during the tour was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The dining area looked fine to me. They have libraries and they have a physical therapy room that is open at any time. They've got crafts. It was overpriced for what they had to offer.

The Goldton At Southaven didn't have my appointment correct, so I had to just sort of tag along, which was fine. I did not mind doing that, but it was a little discombobulated on that day. The community was brand new. It was very big and the rooms were nice. The air conditioner was broken on the day that I went, though, and it was hot. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even though my tour had a little hiccup, they made it right. It just wasn't a good fit for my parent.

We looked at The Goldton At Southaven. It was a good location. The people were very nice. The place was very clean. It had a dining area, a little community area where they could sit and play games, and an outside seating area. We saw two units, and they were a fairly nice size. The staff who toured us was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions.

I like The Goldton at Southaven for my friend because it's a newer property. The place itself was very lovely. It had a nice-sized restaurant. The menu looked excellent. The rooms were fresh and clean-looking. The manager was exceptionally nice and helpful. It's more likely to suit my friend's needs. It was on the third floor. They had a sitting area with a TV, a movie room with popcorn, and a craft room. All the amenities seemed very nice. However, it was away from shopping, and that meant a lot to me. They did offer transportation, like field trips and to doctor's appointments. They had a doctor that came by. The other thing I liked about it was that the apartment had a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. It had a living room, a bedroom, and a bath. It was like a small apartment. There was an actual lounge area, where my friend could sit on the couches and either read or watch TV. They had an elevator. For me, it was a more secure area for my friend in particular.

The Goldton at Southaven was a beautiful place. It has assisted living and memory wing. It's like a high-quality hotel, and it's very clean. The suites were super nice. We looked at a two-bedroom. We would move there in a heartbeat, except we just can't afford the rent. The staff was extremely friendly and on a first name basis with a lot of the clients that live there. They know their history, and they ask about their children. It's wonderful. They have a schedule of activities. They have three or four activities per day going on. My husband asked about karaoke, and they said, "We've got all the equipment, but we just don't have a DJ." He said, "Well, I can handle that part for you." They said, "OK, when can you move in?"

The Goldton at Southhaven was a very nice facility. It was extremely clean, and it's new. I think they already renovated the place. My dad was there, and his room was nice. It was a little bit more like a studio though. The bedroom was open to the living room, and he had a kitchenette. They had a boatload of activities too. The dining area was very clean and open. They also went on a shuttle to go shopping and had events planned for them.

My husband is staying here, and so far, it's been good. It's close to home for one thing. The nurses are very friendly and helpful, and I'm pleased with that. They serve good meals, and he seems happy there. We can't go inside, but as far as I know and what I've seen, it's good. We're not allowed inside with the Covid, but it's fine, I don't have any problems with it. It's not very good right now because of Covid. They haven't been able to do what activities they used to do, and I would like more activities for my husband. I think the price is too high, but I guess all of them are close to that. They have laundry services and someone comes every Thursday if someone wants to have their hair fixed.

My wife is living here. We chose it because it’s close to where I live. The place is nice. The apartment I have was the nicest one I’ve visited. I talked to some people who had been there and I hear good report. So far she has not complained about the staff. She tells me that their breakfast is extremely good, the lunch is their big meal and they are passable. She does not care about the dinner meal as it’s a lighter meal. She has on a couple of occasions participated on their activities, and they seem to have all kinds of activities like bringing in people to sing, but right now, she does not participate.

My in-laws are in here. It is excellent, really nice, and clean. I actually got a nice apartment for them. I liked the layout, and it’s very wheelchair accessible. They’ve got nice activities for them like Bingo, and they turn on the TV and get to watch shows. They have little exercise times, they have trips to go over to Walmart, and they can get their hair done there. I don’t have any problems with the staff, and they all seem pretty attentive to the residents. They have 24/7 nurses working there. They’re getting healthy meals.

We've found it for my mom. She will be moving there next week. We went to all the ones in the area and that was the one that stood out. Their staff was great. That's why it stood out, it's excellent. They have a lot of constant indoor and outdoor activities and that is also the reason why it stood out so much for us.

We chose here for my mom because we were quite familiar with the facility as my aunt is there already. Mom has been there for about three weeks now and the staff had been very great.

This one building is like a 5 star hotel. It's clean, no smell and really a beautiful place. She stays in a one bedroom that we decorated ourselves. She's been here for only 2 weeks and she said she really likes it here. The staff is very caring and helpful. They have lots of activities, some for memory care. They take residents downstairs to be with others. During my mom's short stay in this facility, I didn't see anything negative. I will suggest this place to others who are looking for a similar facility.
